"Stuart Syvret 'serious death threat' Grinds Directions Hearing To A Halt"

ANYONE WISHING TO COMMENT ON THIS POSTING, PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT THIS IS JERSEY'S ONE AND ONLY CHANCE TO ACHIEVE JUSTICE FOR THE COMMON MAN, AND THAT THIS IS AN ONGOING LEGAL CASE....MANY THANKS

In this posting, Stuart Syvret explains in layman's terms, the In's and outs of the court case he will be involved in, and the foundations that are supporting his motion to bring "the rule of law" to Jersey after a staggering 800 year absence!!!

In the first video, Stuart explains the issues and underlying problems associated with trying to obtain justice in Jersey. The systemic failure of the judiciary, and the conflicts of lawyers in the island.

In this second video, Stuart explains the very serious death threats that he, and his guest hosts have suffered last Friday, late evening. He tells us of the constant threats to his well being over the last eight or nine months, and exposes the fact that the Jersey Oligarchy have done little or nothing too bring to justice, the perpetrator of these threats despite many complaint from others in this vein.

It also became apparent today that the prosecution  had been allegedly trying to gain knowledge, or medical influence of Stuart Syvret whilst he was in prison. My understanding is that a member of "team corruption" (the states of jersey) had rang the prison requesting, or advising on the health (possibly mental) of Mr Syvret. If this does not break data protection protocol, what does? OH YEAH, SYVRET DOES!!!....

  3. haha, first comment always from the gutless anonyMOUSE!

When are you spineless disinformation freaks going to show some balls and post under your real names? You are clearly petrified of the consequences, or you wouldn't even bother posting.

  4. Oh come on Ian this case is getting stopped and started at every sitting. By the time we get to Strasberg the court would have moved. I read this tonight and I think, no surprise. Tomorrow it will be something else and so on.

Totally illegal, but the laws of the land do not mean anything to these people. I had a look at the farce blog, they are laughing on there, they consider themselves to be untouchable, you can understand why, when the police are allowing themselves to be used as a private army for criminals. Stuart is like David against Goliath, and we all know how that fight ended, praise the Lord!

  8. I like your blog its a bit off the wall but regarding death threats, lets get real.

Stuart Syvret with his natural high intelligence is using the law against the very judiciary and others, that hold the power on this island. Who they decide to call to account, and who not to. How is it going Terry ?

There are Millions of pounds at stake here and a control system, and if Stuart brings the house of cards down, this will stop them from milking Jersey.

Of course he is in the Jersey Mafia's sights. Without the internet, they would have done it already. Now they are very worried because the truth is out.

I personally have a contact working for the daily mail, and I will not be the only person who knows people in the media off island.

Those that have taken the time to read his blog in detail know about the corruption, of Jersey. He is respected far more than the establishment realise. If he is so completely wrong then the courts, all of them will neutralise his arguments.

If the establishment try and cut him short out of court, there will be a torrent of anger and action.

  9. wouldn't it only be a breach if the prison who where holding/processing the information gave it out? no breach merely to ask for the information?

  11. why all the fuss over some one inquiring after Stuarts health. While i understand that Data Protection is a very sensitive matter with Stuart,as nothing was divulged what is the problem? There are enough serious matters to be dealing with in the next few days without the distraction of making a mountain from a molehill

That is how governments get rid of unwanted pests. They declare them mentally disturbed, or insane, then take them somewhere quiet and keep them drugged, and locked up!!! Read what happened to Anne Grieg, Hollie Grieg's mother.

  14. "as nothing was divulged what is the problem?"

The first problem is that Police Officer Chris Beechie knows better than to attempt to break data protection laws, unless, of course, he feels completely safe in doing so.

The second problem is that the very Advocate who prosecuted Stuart for breach of data protection, was the other person attempting to gain information about Stuart!!! How does that sit with you?

The third problem is, the comment I made above this one....

You said, "They declare them mentally disturbed, or insane..."

That is what is called the Nuts n' Sluts defense to discredit a whistleblower, witness or victim. If female, her virtue is brought into question, and if male, his sanity.
