"Change To Treason Law - The Key Word Is Insurrection"

States vote to change 500-year-old treason law

In 1495, Henry VII ruled that treason cases from Jersey should be tried on the mainland

Jersey's Royal Court will be able to try cases of treason for the first time in more than 500 years.
The States has agreed the court should have the right to try crimes including insurrection, aiding and abetting the enemy and killing the monarch.
The law decreeing cases of treason in Jersey could only be tried in courts in England was introduced by Henry VII in 1495.
States assembly debated the issue on Wednesday.
Chief Minister Ian Gorst said he lodged the proposition to close a legal anomaly.
"Quite apart from the logistical difficulties of bringing a case in a different jurisdiction, the law [in England] relating to investigative procedures and admissibility of evidence is different," said Senator Gorst.
Puzzled
During the discussion Deputy Sam Mezec said islanders he had spoken to about the debate were puzzled it was taking place.
Deputy Montfort Tadier said there was no need for a change to the law.
"There is already a process which is well established for dealing with treason, which I think is probably an outdated concept anyway," said Deputy Tadier.
"This proposition raises more questions than it seems to resolve."
There have been no UK treason prosecutions since 1946.
The proposition was passed 35 votes in favour and five against.

"Insurrection"

What does it mean?
For the benefit of Deputy Mezec and Deputy Tadier, it means the following.
in·sur·rec·tion
noun
an act or instance of rising in revolt, rebellion, or resistance against civil authority or an
established government.
Origin:
1425–75; late Middle English  < Late Latin insurrēctiōn-  (stem of insurrēctiō ), equivalent to insurrēct us )(past participle of insurgere;  see insurgent) + -iōn- -ion

in·sur·rec·tion·al, adjective
in·sur·rec·tion·al·ly, adverb
in·sur·rec·tion·ism, noun
in·sur·rec·tion·ist, noun

insurgency, uprising, mutiny.

That's right, it means a government boot on the back of your neck if you dislike what the elites are doing to you. Dare to speak out and you may be imprisoned, physically resist their oppressions and you might even disappear.
As people are starting to wake up from their slumber they are beginning to educate themselves about the deceptions the government have perpetrated against them for centuries. As they are learning about such frauds as tax, levy, licences, banking and war, they begin to understand the workings of The New World Order (NWO).
It is not something new, there have been radicals preaching this information for thousands of years because that's how far back it goes. The NWO have massively ramped up the pressure in the last century knowing that 2012 was going to bring The Dark Rift, also known as the age of Aquarius. A much heightened consciousness in man and his perceptions of that around him.
The enslavement of the people is coming to an end, the NWO are losing their grip over humanity as the masses awaken. As a consequence, the powers that be are causing more and more wars, division and hatred to stop humanity from uniting against them.
In America now, almost every crime is met with brutality by police officer, and even murder, some misdemeanour's are classed as acts of terrorism. But it is not just in America that this is happening, it is all over the world.
In Jersey, police officers, lawyers and judges are committing more crimes than the people they accuse. Judicial corruption is off the chart as I will be proving yet again in the coming weeks. The 'alleged' authorities turning a blind eye to corporate and banking corruption whilst hammering the little guy for such trivialities as a parking ticket or stumbling whilst walking home drunk.
Jersey has now begun it's assault on the middle class as there is no place for a middle class in the NWO, slaves and elites only I'm afraid.
Just click the label below which reads (new world order) there are hundreds of posts ranging from parking tickets to genocide. Now you have some idea what BBC Jersey's treason posting was all about, and what they have in store for us.

  1. Ian, simply ask yourself this question:

“To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize.”
