"The Fruitcake Could Be Firing Cops Soon?"

"Le Marquand Missing That Cherry Topping!"

Home Affairs Minister firing corrupt or usless cops hey, now there's a novelty.

Mind you, considering the fact that Mike Bowron doesn't take complaints against policemen or establishment employee's, this might not be a bad thing after all....

  2. Thanks, found current propositions and the 2012 law as enacted but all sorts of bits missing and thing all over the place.

Is there a consolidated version of what it would look like if and when propostions passed and all transitional etc. stuff brought in. Otherwise how the hell are States' Members supposed to know what they are doing?

    1. Hahaha, Jersey do what America does, they get the politico's to pass the proposition in order for them to be able to read it!

Most politicians over here just vote without even knowing exactly what it is they are voting for, and I believe the waters are muddied because often they throw some normandy french in there to confuse the english speaking servants.

  3. Can't help thinking that this is being put in place to deal with any officers who try to investigate allegations against Establishment players without all those jumped up suspensions and lying in Parliament
