"Re-Offending Paedophile, Just What Jersey Needs!"
ITV News can reveal a convicted sex offender in Jersey is under investigation for suspected re-offending.
The case is linked to internet-based sex crimes.
It's also emerged that in the last year, three registered sex offenders were warned for failing to tell the authorities about their whereabouts.
The Jersey Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements group said: "All sex offenders serving custodial sentences and due for release in 2013 were visited at HM Prison La Moye prior to their release into the community.
“This ensured that the offenders were fully appraised of their responsibilities, requirements and expectations of the court orders."
