"Heart Disease And Another Worthless Story By The Jersey Evening Post"
"So What's In Their Story?"
Nothing of any relevance to heart disease, that's for sure!
Just the usual, blaming everyone for their problems through their own unhealthy lifestyles. Then there are the usual lack of funding issues explained by Dr Mitchell, followed by complaints of how much flights and treatment are costing. It seems to be all about the money and nothing else.
So where is the stuff you would expect in such an article, you know, like things you can do to cure heart disease?
What foods and vitamin supplements one should be taking to repair the damage?
Things one should NOT be taking, such as Statins, which cause much more harm than they do good.
Why aren't we being told that cholesterol is not the cause of atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries)?
Why is no one explaining that the oxidation of polyunsaturated fats in the blood vessel wall is the real problem?
Why are we not being given any information about excitotoxins and free radical generation? How about some valuable information on the hearts glutamate receptors and how magnesium deficiency greatly affects matters?
Truth is that all the crap that goes into most of our food and drink these days, even fresh fruit and veg, is laden with compounds that can't wait to destroy your body.
And who is to blame in the end?
They sanctioned all this filth be put into our food via CODEX ALIMENTARIUS....
