"Jersey Show Trial Begins - The Sacrificial Lamb Takes His Place"

Ex-Jersey politician Graeme Butcher denies misconduct

A former Jersey politician has denied misconduct in a public office.
Graeme Butcher had served in the post of Constable of St John between 2006 and 2011.
At in Jersey's Royal Court earlier he pleaded not guilty to 15 counts of misconduct in a public office.
Mr Butcher is accused of a string of offences relating to the use of parish money for his own ends. His case will be heard by the Royal Court during a five day trial in June.
"The Least Among Us"
Anyone who thinks this is anything other than a show trial is deluded, this is Jersey desperately trying to convince the world there is some accountability in this wretched place.
Almost every public servant, public official, cop, judge, lawyer, church official, has their grubby little fingers in some pie or other, that's why they oppress people like Syvret, the Pitman's, and it looks, from what I have read recently, that Mike Higgins is the next in line for "The Jersey Way".
Plums like Butcher are the "least among us", they piss about stealing pennies whilst the real "least among us" are stealing millions upon millions from the people via unapportioned taxation and stolen world resources that were given to us by God for our benefit and use.
Don't be surprised when this button only gets convicted of the minimal charge/s and given a few hours community service....If that....
