Young Man's Body Found - Is This Yet Another Tragic Suicide?"

Jersey Police find body of missing teenager Max Blandin

The body of a teenage boy who has been missing for two days has been found in Jersey.
The discovery was made in St Saviour shortly before midday, States of Jersey Police said.
A spokesman said the body has been identified as 16-year-old Max Blandin, who was last seen on Thursday night.
An investigation into his death has begun and police have appealed to anyone with information to contact them.
Police said they were unable to release any further details, although they did confirm there were no suspicious circumstances.
"Our sincere condolences are offered to Max's family friends at this very sad time," the statement added.

  2. Sad, so sad, at any time of year, it seems to be more common in Jersey than the UK, I think the figures for these tragedies are much higher in Jersey than anywhere else.
    Why is this so?
