"See You On The Other Side Nelson"

"...the tapestry is mute, so are we-
as long as we are held immobile by the tightly woven threads of fear..."

"The brave may not live forever, the cautious may never live at all."

"The most potent weapon of the oppressor,
is the mind of the oppressed."

    1. Nothing dies that was ever something....

    2. He was a man who awakened the Xhosa people of Southern Eastern South Africa, his nation and the world.

The backdrop to the Xhosa people:

The killing of Paramount-Chief Hintsa (This story would have reverberated in and around the Xhosa peoples and be retold for many years in the future - indeed possibly reaching the ears of one Nelson Mandela, who brilliantly educated favoured rebellion and turned to unification after serving years as a prisoner on Robben Island.)

Originally assured of his personal safety during the treaty negotiations, Hintsa rapidly found himself held hostage and pressured with massive demands for cattle "restitution". He attempted to escape at the Nqabarha River but was pursued, pulled off his horse and immobilized with shots through the back and the leg. Immediately, a soldier named George Southey (brother of colonial administrator Sir Richard Southey) came up behind him and shot him in the back of the head. His ears were cut off after his death and these actions shocked the British Government in London very severely, leading them to condemn and repudiate Governor D’Urban. Hintsa's murder was a cause of much bitter anger among the Xhosa for decades after.

This great man has proved to the world that some sort of unification may be made with both peace, forgiveness and truth. Is this the way forward for the world? Does this signify The Confluence. I think we are left with more questions than answers.

    3. I chose this video for it's UNITED NATIONS UDHR quotes, they are propaganda and utter lies, the UNITED NATIONS is simply a front for THE NEW WORLD ORDER, just like it's predecessor, THE LEAGUE OF NATIONS....
