    1. As I have said before Martin, the more that get shit on, the more our numbers will grow. They will bring about their own demise.

  3. The Pitmans sued Broadlands, and by extension the JEP, for a satirical cartoon. How this can be seen as evidence of some sort of establishment plot to ruin the deputies is a real stretch of imagination. The Pitmans didn't need to have their day in court to promote their beliefs, they already had a political platform and access via the blogs and media to get their story across , so what was their real motive for suing a privately owned estate agent and a privately owned newspaper other than (a) money or (b) ego? It was their choice to act, no one forced them in to this action and they took almost 4 years to even bring it to court...hardly the sinister hand of the oligarchy pulling the strings here, just a case of a really bad idea that ended up exactly where most people said it would...a lost case for no cause. As for Jobless, penniless and homeless, surely that depends on if they intend to pay their debts or not?

  5. Welcome back Ian :-)

May I share this with you from our archives:

    www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-jersey-22328641

Dean Key said: "I regret mistakes that I made in the safeguarding processes and I understand that, upon reflection, it would have been more helpful if I had co-operated more fully with the Korris [safeguarding} Review."

Now washed "whiter than white" in Jersey's media.

A two month suspension of Jersey's Dean rounded off with an abject apology ..........now rendered insincere

    & CTV, Cover-up TV

Another stain on their collective character and [nonexistent] journalistic integrity.

  6. How could the court fail to see that a person who its been shown in the Sharp report, refused to look at evidence.

was then chosen to be a Jurat?

How is that able to happen?
