  1. What an apt picture. One certainly needs to don scuba gear to plumb the depthes sunk to by this pair of arrogant and utterly unfit for 'leadership' individuals. Time for me to put a complaint to the police on how PB came to have police documents? Funny thing is thanks to an 'insider' I may already know...

    1. It would appear that there is no shortage of government informers these days, the writing is on the wall.

  2. Exactly Mr. Pitman. If PB was acting in his (chief) ministerial role, it might not be surprising that he had police documents. But we now know that he was acting as a concerned god-botherer (and why should we disbelieve him), so how on earth did those documents come into his possession?

    1. Why thank you anon, tiz nice that my humble efforts are appreciated :)

Got a great pic for my posting in the next few days, the paedophile the State Media refused to report on today....or yesterday, come to that :)

Sentencing policy in Jersey is between 3 to 10 years on his crimes, yet he only got 21 months! I am sure I know why he received less that the minimum for his crimes, all will be revealed in the next few days :)

  6. In a Ministerial role, why would Sir Philip who appeared to be in possession of police statements relating to the case along with copies of relevant text messages all of which appear to be highly confidential?

I could imagine PB having been given statements by the Dean and warden.

The Deans statement of police evidence, if evidence was given by him to the police and possibly the wardens police statement as the Dean, warden and PB appear to be working to the same goal. If not what other police statements could he of had?

  7. Ian when you give police statements in your dealings with them, do you normally receive a copy?

    1. I absolutely INSIST on a copy IMMEDIATELY after making any statement as it is my right, gives them no chance to play silly buggers with it :)

  8. Then it could be possible PB was reading police copy statements given to him by the Dean or perhaps warden if those people had made statements and received copies.

Not trying to excuse anyone simply seeking answers.

    1. Absolutely possible anon, but....then those who had disclosed such information would be liable to prosecution for their unlawful disclosure. Bailhache really hasn't thought this through has he? He was the top judge on the island for a long long time, how is it that he could not possibly know the laws on disclosure of evidence?

Myself and The Squirrel are not legal geniuses, but we know how to read law, and so does Bailhache....Guilty as charged :)

    2. But which brave soul among us will do the charging?

No doubt it will be left to the select few with the courage to overcome these corrupt pricks.

Here we are people, seek us out, for we are right in your faces :)

  9. listening to the states on Tuesday, one can hear how Bailhache and Gorst treat Dep Pitman and others with contempt mainly by not answering their questions to any degree, truthfully, or factually, to show their anger at this, these members should retire to the rest room for a time in order to bring the sitting to a halt in a form of protest.

  10. "retire to the rest room"

It would only be fair. The shysters have been taking the piss for too long
