"Police Refuse Help From Social Media Over Crimes By Government Employees"

Police benefit from social media

The Chief of Jersey Police says 2013 will be the year the force use and benefit from social media even more.

Jersey Police have released their new strategy for this year and the two main objectives are 'Operation Amber' and 'Operation Crackdown'.

Operation Amber aims to change perceptions about sexual violence on the island.

Operation Crackdown will concentrate on tracking down persistent thieves.

But Chief of Police, Mike Bowron has many more objectives to tackle this year.

The Chief says 2013 will be the year the force use and benefit from social media even more.

He says, "We can engage with more islanders than usual through Facebook and Twitter. For example, social media was great when we had the gas place fire and the adverse weather."

Chief Bowron is also keen on the public opinion survey and wants to know how islanders view the police force. He says, "We want to reduce crime and maintain the momentum at the same time."

Keeping youth crime at a low is also a high priority.

"Social Media Provides The Evidence"

The assertion that the Jersey Police have benefited from social media may be true, but to what degree?

Jersey Bloggers have published a wealth of information over the last four or five years (with documented evidence) to show crimes committed by policemen, judges, lawyers, care workers, honorary force members etc etc, yet not one scrap of this information has ever even been inquired about by the States of Jersey Police unless they have been forced to look into it by some brave and persistent people.

In fact, the Jersey Police actively seek to ignore the evidence published on social media as the evidence offered is utterly damning of their own system and it's employees. The end product, on the odd occasion they are forced to look into the issues raised, always ends up in a complete whitewash via the Attorney General, the Jersey police and the Jersey Police Complaints Authority.

I wonder if Mr Bowron, or one of his representatives can offer us some explanation as to why social media evidence is all to often ignored, even discredited?

I won't hold my breath waiting for a response

"Paedophiles, Child Abusers, And Their Protectors Are Leaving The States of Jersey Inc"

"It's Not Safe In Government Anymore!"

First we had paedophile protector and top policeman, Andre Bonjour, announcing his forthcoming retirement, and not to shortly after he took a promotion and no doubt, a rather large pension increase.

Andre Bonjour - Good old local boy!

Now word is reaching us bloggers that prolific Child Abuser, Mario Lundy, will be retiring in the not to distant future!!! What is it that has spooked these individuals? Could it be the fact that some good people in Jersey are not prepared to settle for watered down terms of reference with regards to the forthcoming Committee of Inquiry into decades of Child Abuse?

Evidenced Child Abuser Mario Lundy

Good Gravy, next it will be the government employed paedophile, Danny Wherry that will be announcing his retirement from Overdale hospital!!! My guess is that it will happen soon.

Will the plan be to not prosecute these creatures simply because they no longer work for government?

We shall see about that....

The rats are leaving the sinking ship

Those lacking courage or knowledge, please watch the video below to understand what governments are doing to their people!

"Brussels Common Law Court Renders It's Verdict"

"Guilty Of Genocide"

"Curtis Warren Demands Secret Police Report Be Made Public"

Warren court hearing enters second day

A court hearing continues today into legal issues following the jailing of the drugs baron, Curtis Warren.

Warren is likely to be back in court in Jersey later this year.

He's currently serving 13 years in a high-security jail on the mainland for plotting to smuggle cannabis with a street value of £1m into the island.

On Monday, Warren appeared at the Royal Court via video link as his legal team bid to get a secret police investigation made public.

He wore a grey striped sweatshirt and appeared confident as he consulted various papers and books on a desk before him.
His previous court case, in 2009, cost Jersey Police £3/4 million because of the security operation which involved armed police. Today, Warren's defence team denied he is a security or so-called flight risk.

Warren's conviction came about after an accomplice's car was unlawfully bugged.

The tactic of secret recording was widely condemned as contravening the European Convention on Human Rights. The matter was investigated by Hampshire Police. The Jersey Police officers involved were subsequently exonerated. Warren lost an appeal against his sentence citing the unlawful bugging.

On Monday, Warren's legal team began moves to get the undisclosed details of that Hampshire investigation made public. That hearing was adjourned and the court is now turning to other legal matters related to questioning a former juror removed from Warren's trial.

It's expected moves to confiscate Warren's assets will begin later this week.

Advocate Stephen Baker believes the secret report may contain information which could get his client released from prison.

Curtis Warren initially thought he may get off when the police used unlawful means to obtain evidence against him - but a court upheld his conviction. The policemen have now been cleared of any wrongdoing.

"Cyril On Global Warming" Part 2 of 3

Anthropogenic Global Warming

Part 2

The satellite age and advances in measurement technology have in the last 20 years confirmed that the sun is a variable star, what used to be called the solar constant (total solar irradiance or TSI) has been shown to vary by 0.1% over the approximately 11 year solar cycle. It has also been discovered that the suns Extreme UV output varies by 10% or more.
Scientists do not know if these figures vary more over longer time periods.
TSI is the amount of the high energy short wave radiation (‘visible’ light and ultra-violet light) and the low energy long-wave radiation (infrared radiation) Earth receives from the sun.
Scientists who are proponents of AGW theory have claimed that this variation in the TSI output is too small to affect Earths’ climate, so it has not been factored into General Circulation Models.
Recent studies cast doubt on this assumption.

Since Henrik Svensmark’s  work on the Solar Magnetic Shield strength/Solar Wind relationship with Galactic Cosmic Rays and their effect on clouds (Forbush events), scientists have renewed interest in other solar phenomena that may affect our climate, the low sun spot numbers correlating to the Maunder minimum is the subject of intense study, Plasma, the various solar fluxes, coronal holes, mass coronal ejections are all likewise being studied, as is the Earths geomagnetic field.

We are currently 4 years into solar cycle 24, it is the weakest cycle for 50 years and cycle 25 is predicted to be much quieter.

Should there be a greater solar influence on Earth’s climate than proponents of AGW believe, then this influence will become apparent in the next decade. The signs from the last 5 years are pointing that way.

Oceans contain the majority of the heat energy on Earth and ocean oscillations account for more than 40% of the heat transport mechanisms in the system. A very lucid and easy to understand presentation of the El Nino Southern Oscillation (ENSO) can be found at the following link;

The El Nino Southern Oscillation (ENSO) is the most well-known, its influence on climate is well reported and, as we can see from the link above it is short wave radiation penetrating hundreds of meters into the oceans that fuel these oscillations.
Less well known but equally important oscillations include PDO (Pacific Decadal Oscillation) AMO (Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation) and NAO (North Atlantic Oscillation).

The following graphs show PDO and AMO trends from the mid to late 1800’s

Look for the periods of warming: 1850-1880/ 1910-1940 and 1975/2000

Compare these graphs with the combined Temperature/CO2 chart from the previous posting;

Does CO2 have as good a correlation with temperature as the PDO/AMO?
No it does not.
There is a lag between ocean oscillations and temperature response which is due to the slower heat transfer of ocean oscillations compared to atmospheric oscillations, none the less the correlation between ocean oscillations and temperature is very good, and as both PDO and AMO are entering their cool phases we should expect temperatures (in the Northern Hemisphere at least) to reflect this shift. Again, as with the suns variations the next 5/10 years will show us if the natural variation inherent in the climate system is over-powered by the effect of ever increasing CO2 levels.

Along with oceans, clouds are the least understood variable in the known climate system.

The above graph is from the IPCC AR4 WG1 report, on the left hand side it lists the Anthropogenic and natural radiative forcings, solar irradiance is the only natural radiative forcing mentioned, other forcings that may not be radiative (see sun above) are not listed. Looking to the right hand column we see the level of scientific understanding (LOSU) for each forcing. Settled  science? I think not.
There is a lot of scientific speculation regarding the positive/negative feedback (warming/cooling) of clouds, it is thought that wispy cirrus clouds could have a positive feedback by letting shortwave radiation enter the lower atmosphere and restricting outgoing longwave radiation. Cumulus clouds because of their albedo are thought to reflect some shortwave radiation implying a negative feedback, overall it is thought that clouds have a net negative feedback effect.
Albedo is the reflectiveness of surfaces due to colour, ice, snow, thick clouds and deserts have a strong Albedo and together they reflect about 30% of the suns shortwave radiation back into space.
Henrik Svensmark’s hypothesis that Galactic Cosmic Rays play a role in seeding clouds and thus effecting temperatures has been the subject of small scale experiments at CERN, the initial results have convinced scientists at CERN to initiate larger scale cloud chamber experiments; report from Nature Journal;

One of the heat transport properties of clouds not in any of the climate models are storms. Thunderstorms, cyclones and tornadoes happen when surface temperatures and pressure combine with the coriolis force (an artefact of Earths’ rotation) to cause a vortex, warm air is transported upward by convection and cooler air is drawn inward, large amounts of heat are removed from the surface by storms in this way, bypassing the radiative process of heat transport.

Here is a link to NASA/GISS Cloud Climatology page;

Clouds are one of the great uncertainties in;

GCM are mathematical equations climate scientists use to try to model climate behaviour. Generally there are two types of GCM – atmospheric and oceanic. When these two GCM are run together it’s called a coupled run, GCM require the most powerful supercomputers (1.1 petaflops is common) to handle the calculations, typically a one day supercomputer run will yield a 25 year coverage. GCM are complex and the computers used to run them have huge capacity, however they do not even come close to the complexity and data needed to describe Earths’ climate system.

The basis of GCM is that CO2 precedes temperature, this is contrary to all of the observational evidence.
The amount of data points is inadequate and the length of the data record insufficient, below is a video of the worlds’ surface temperature stations from 1880-2007, notice the number of stations taken out of the record from 1988 on where about 4,000 stations were removed from the record, coincidently 75% of the removed stations were cold stations i.e. higher altitudes and latitudes.

Furthermore GCM are 3D, higher than surface measurements are woefully sparse.

The IPCC itself recognises the impossibility of modelling the climate system

From the third assessment report section;

“In sum, a strategy must recognise what is possible. In climate
research and modelling, we should recognise that we are dealing
with a coupled non-linear chaotic system, and therefore that the
long-term prediction of future climate states is not possible.”

Kevin Trenberth a lead author of IPCC report chapters in 2001 and 2007 said of IPCC GCM in;
“None of the models used by IPCC are initialized to the observed state and none of the climate states in the models correspond even remotely to the current observed climate.”
In one of the ‘Climategate’ emails Prof. Phil Jones director of the Climatic Research Unit at the University of East Anglia wrote;
 “Basic problem is that all models are wrong – not got enough middle and low level clouds. …what he [Zwiers] has done comes to a different conclusion than Caspar and Gene! I reckon this can be saved by careful wording.”

GCM cannot even describe what little is known of the climate system, they do not handle the interactions of the various elements, add to this the unknown unknowns and we see why the met office get their long range predictions so spectacularly wrong. These boffins and their mates want me to accept they can forecast climate 80 years into the future!

Many proponents of AGW theory would have us believe that there is an overwhelming consensus amongst scientists that AGW theory is settled science. Since the first IPCC Assessment Report the MSM have reported nonsense like 2500 of the worlds top scientists agree that manmade global warming is real and dangerous.

Here is what Mike Hulme, wiki profile  says about these claims;

“Claims such as ‘2,500 of the world’s leading
scientists have reached a consensus that human activities are having a significant influence on the climate’ are disingenuous. That particular consensus judgement, as are many others in the IPCC reports, is reached by only a few dozen experts in the specific field of detection and attribution studies; other IPCC authors are experts in other fields.”

The much maligned yet un-refuted Global Warming Petition Project has over 31,000 scientists from the USA alone who disagree that AGW is settled science and will cause catastrophe, the following link provides all of their names and qualifications;

The US Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works/Minority Report has details of over 700 international scientists who disagree with the IPCC findings.

“Since I am no longer affiliated with any organization nor receiving any funding, I can speak quite frankly….As a scientist I remain skeptical...The main basis of the claim that man’s release of greenhouse gases is the cause of the warming is based almost entirely upon climate models. We all know the frailty of models concerning the air-surface system.” - Atmospheric Scientist Dr. Joanne Simpson, the first woman in the world to receive a PhD in meteorology, and formerly of NASA, who has authored more than 190 studies and has been called “among the most preeminent scientists of the last 100 years.”

 “I am a skeptic…Global warming has become a new religion.” - Nobel Prize Winner for Physics, Ivar Giaever.

“It is a blatant lie put forth in the media that makes it seem there is only a fringe of scientists who don’t buy into anthropogenic global warming.” - U.S Government Atmospheric Scientist Stanley B. Goldenberg of the Hurricane Research Division of NOAA.

“The Kyoto theorists have put the cart before the horse. It is global warming that triggers higher levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, not the other way round…A large number of critical documents submitted at the 1995 U.N. conference in Madrid vanished without a trace. As a result, the discussion was one-sided and heavily biased, and the U.N. declared global warming to be a scientific fact,” Andrei Kapitsa, a Russian geographer and Antarctic ice core researcher.

Warming fears are the “worst scientific scandal in the history…When people come to know what the truth is, they will feel deceived by science and scientists.” - UN IPCC Japanese Scientist Dr. Kiminori Itoh, an award-winning PhD environmental physical chemist.
“For how many years must the planet cool before we begin to understand that the planet is not warming? For how many years must cooling go on?" - Geologist Dr. David Gee the chairman of the science committee of the 2008 International Geological Congress who has authored 130 plus peer reviewed papers, and is currently at Uppsala University in Sweden.

The full report can be found here;

Of course, we still hear that all of the worlds’ scientific institutions have come out in favour of AGW theory. Yet few realise that it is the executive boards (administrators) of those institutions that have made these grant seeking statements, not one of those institutions have polled their members (the scientists) to find out what they think.

Contrary to what proponents of AGW say, there is no consensus, no real time or historical evidence that CO2 controls temperature, no empirical evidence for positive feedback loops and absolutely no evidence for tipping points that will cause catastrophic runaway global warming. So why does the majority of MSM and advocacy groups keep peddling discredited Malthusian predictions of doom?

In the final post on this subject we will look at the Ideology, Politics, Propaganda and probity of AGW Theory, and naturally, we shall be following the money.

"Meertwat Syndrome Is Overrunning Jersey"

Festival fear: Camping causing concern

Jersey's party poopers & killjoys are determined to stamp out any fun that may be had by the youth of the island, further erosion of our inalienable right to have some fun a couple of days a year.

When are these fossilized dinosaurs going to understand that in an already overly oppressive island, the youth of today need a little time to escape the misery and hardship of daily life in Jersey?

Get a life Meertwats!

There are concerns over plans to bring camping to Jersey's biggest festival .

It's believed the off-site tents would boost the island's economy and draw festival-goers from further afield.

It's a proposal that has been rejected a number of times by officials in Trinity, where the Jersey Live event is held, because of noise and anti-social behaviour.

But now the constable of St Helier is considering the plans for his parish.

The organisers have been keen to introduce camping for years now - a similar set up to the Guernsey Festival.

No doubt with the hope it might draw visitors - not only from the UK, but gaining support from the other Channel Islands too.

"Snitches Hotline On The Cards"

Stronger population controls taken on board ‘immediately’

Assistant Chief Minister Paul Routier
A HOT-LINE for Islanders to report illegal workers and more inspectors to check building sites, kitchens and shops would be welcome additions to immigration controls, says Assistant Chief Minister Paul Routier.
The Senator, who has political responsibility for migration policy, said that he wanted to see stronger enforcement measures to help control the population.
He spoke in response to a report released this week by the Corporate Services Scrutiny sub-panel, which conducted an in-depth review of the Control of Housing and Work (Jersey) Law.
The law, which is expected to come into force in April, provides measures to control immigration by restricting access to housing and work.

"Jersey Law Society - Can Anyone Win?"

High price of justice?

A SEXUAL abuse victim who says her psychological damage was compounded by the cross-examination she endured at trial has made a formal complaint about her treatment.
The woman, who has not been identified due to legal reasons, has filed a complaint with the Law Society of Jersey following the suggestion by her attacker’s lawyer that she had made up allegations of sexual abuse.
Advocate Timothy Hanson, the head of the Law Society, said of the Jersey case that although the attacker was jailed, the woman had paid a high price in terms of emotional and psychological damage.
However, the Law Society has found no evidence that the lawyer in question had acted inappropriately.

"Jersey Catholics To Grovel Before The Most Evil Man On The Planet"

Catholics to pay homage to Pope

Above: Pope Benedict who will step down at the end of the month

On Friday Catholics in Jersey will pay homage to the Pope who is standing down after eight years in office. The mass will be lead by Jersey's Catholic Dean, Monsignor Nicholas France. It will be held at St Thomas's Church starting at 7.30pm. Prayers will be offered in gratitude for the Pope's role as a teacher and spiritual guide. They will also express admiration for the radical step which Pope Benedict has taken in becoming the first Pope in 800 years to resign from his post. The mass will also see prayers for the cardinal electors who will be in charge of choosing a new chief pastor for the Catholic Church in the middle of March.

Later this evening I will be doing a posting on the evil of the Vatican and it's world wide deception to control everything & everyone through their 1302 Papal Bull...."Unam Sanctam"

Pope Benedict to seek immunity and protection from Italian President Giorgio Napolitano on February 23 -

International Tribunal calls on Napolitano to "not collude in criminality", and announces global campaign to occupy Vatican property and launch human rights inquiry in Italy

Media Release from The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State - Brussels

Rome (9 am local time):

Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, has scheduled a meeting with Italian President Giorgio Napolitano for Saturday, February 23 to discuss securing protection and immunity from prosecution from the Italian government, according to Italian media sources.

Ratzinger's meeting follows upon the apparent receipt by the Vatican of a diplomatic note from an undisclosed European government on February 4, stating its intention to issue an arrest warrant for Ratzinger, who resigned from his pontificate less than a week later.

In response to the February 23 meeting, the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS), through its field Secretary, Rev. Kevin Annett, has written to President Napolitano, asking him to refrain from assisting Ratzinger in evading justice.

The ITCCS letter states, in part,

"I need not remind you, Mr. President, that under international law and treaties that have been ratified by Italy, you and your government are forbidden from granting such protection to those like Joseph Ratzinger who have aided and abetted criminal actions, such as ordering Bishops and Cardinals in America and elsewhere to protect known child rapists among their clergy.

"Your obligation to the Vatican through the Lateran Treaty does not negate or nullify the requirements of these higher moral and international laws; nor does it require that you give any protection or immunity to a single individual like Joseph Ratzinger, especially after he has left his papal office."

A copy of the complete text of the ITCCS letter follows.

In response to the documented crimes of child torture, trafficking and genocide linked to Pope Benedict and Vatican officials, the ITCCS will be sponsoring a series of ongoing protests and occupations of Roman Catholic churches and offices through its affiliates around the world beginning in Easter week, March 24-31, 2013, and continuing indefinitely.

These actions will accompany the legal efforts to bring Joseph Ratzinger and other Vatican officials to trial for their proven complicity in crimes against humanity and criminal conspiracy.

The Easter Reclamation Campaign will seize church property and assets to prevent their use by child raping priests, who are protected under Catholic canon law. Citizens have this right to defend their communities and children when the authorities refuse to do so, under international law.

Rev. Kevin Annett and an official delegation from the ITCCS Central Office will also be convening a formal human rights inquiry in Rome commencing the week of May 13, 2013, to consider further charges against the Vatican and its new Pope for crimes against humanity and obstruction of justice.

Rev. Annett and his delegation will be working with organizations across Italy in this investigation. In 2009 and 2010, he held rallies outside the Vatican and met with media and human rights groups across Italy to charge the Vatican with the death of more than 50,000 aboriginal children in Canada.

Copy of letter to President Napolitano

An Open Letter and Appeal to Giorgio Napolitano, President of the Republic of Italy

from Rev. Kevin D. Annett, Secretary of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State

14 February, 2013

Al Presdente della Repubblica Italiana
Giorgio Napolitano

Presidenza della Repubblica
c/o Palazzo del Quirinale

00187 Roma

Dear President Napolitano,

On behalf of our Tribunal and people of conscience everywhere, and of the millions of victims of church abuse, I am making an appeal to you regarding your upcoming meeting with Joseph Ratzinger, who will retire soon as Pope Benedict, the Pontiff of the Church of Rome.

Our understanding is that, in the wake of pressure to have him resign his office because of his proven complicity in concealing child trafficking in his church and other crimes against humanity, Joseph Ratzinger is seeking the assistance of the Italian government in securing protection and immunity from legal prosecution.

I need not remind you, Mr. President, that under international law and treaties that have been ratified by Italy, you and your government are forbidden from granting such protection to those like Jospeh Ratzinger who have aided and abetted criminal actions, such as ordering Bishops and Cardinals in America and elsewhere to protect known child rapists among their clergy.

Your obligation to the Vatican through the Lateran Treaties does not negate or nullify the requirements of these higher moral and international laws; nor does it require that you give any protection or immunity to a single individual like Joseph Ratzinger, especially after he has left his papal office.

The need for you to abide by international law and not be seen to collude with Joseph Ratzinger is even more true when one considers the enormity of the crimes of which the Vatican and its highest officials are clearly guilty, according to considerable evidence gathered and documented by our Tribunal and other groups, and acknowledged by many governments.

In Canada alone, the Roman Catholic Church and its Vatican agents have been found guilty of responsibility for genocide and the deaths of at least 50,000 aboriginal child children in the Jesuit-initiated Indian residential school system, that operated until 1996.

In Ireland, more than 10,000 women suffered and were exploited in the Catholic-run Magdalene Laundries, where many of them died. Similar church-run institutions all over the world have caused enormous mortality, disease and ruination for millions of children. And yet the church has never been held accountable or prosecuted for these deaths and the theft of enormous wealth from entire nations.

With the recent initiative of at least one European government and a host of lawyers to bring Joseph Ratzinger and other church officials to trial for these crimes, we feel it is incumbent on you neither to assist nor to be seen to assist or condone the attempt by him to evade, obstruct or delay justice, lest you open yourself to a charge of being an accessory to a crime.

On behalf of our Tribunal and of many people who cannot speak, I call on you to stand on the law of nations and humanity, and offer no support or protection to Joseph Ratzinger or his accessories in their efforts to evade responsibility for their proven crimes.

I look forward to your reply, and to discussing this with you more when I visit your country in May with a human rights delegation to investigate this matter more closely.

"Hijacked Electoral Commission On Course To Hijack Democracy"

Reform referendum will go ahead

Islanders in Jersey will get the chance to vote on how to reform the island's government, after a referendum was given the go-ahead by politicians.

The public will be asked whether they'd like to keep the Constables in the States Chamber, or whether they'd prefer a single type of member, all called Deputies.

Islanders will go to the polls on Wednesday the 24th of April.

And now campaigns are underway for the referendum.

After two days of debate, the proposed set of referendum questions have been approved without change. A series of amendments all failed and the main proposition was approved by 37 votes to 12.

Reform Option A: Parish Constables will no longer be members of the States There will be 42 States members known as Deputies. There will be six large districts, each choosing seven Deputies.

Reform Option B: Parish Constables will continue to be members of the States There will be 42 States members: 30 Deputies and 12 parish Constables There will be six large districts, each choosing five Deputies.

Reform Option C: The current system will remain. There will be 49 States members from 2014: eight Senators elected island-wide, 29 Deputies elected in constituencies and 12 parish Constables.

If none of the options gets a majority - there'll be a single transferable vote, in which people's second option will be taken into account.
