"Will The Real Truth Emerge?"

  1. This is going to be one of the strangest most ironic cases in history. Is it just possible that a hard criminal like Curtis Warren could be the catalyst for finally enforcing the rule of law in Jersey?

  2. I would wager that Curtis Warren is much less of a criminal than the States of Jersey. I spent a few days with him two years ago going through his case papers, quite well educated, and a reasonable enough chap from my experience.

Cannabis, so what? When we look at the government sponsored effects of cigarettes and alcohol, what harm is he doing? Simply supplying people with what they like, and without killing them. Who has ever died from cannabis smoking?

  4. If, as it seems, the local bobbies were working in France,Belgium and Holland without authorisation from the authorities of those countries, then they were without jurisdiction and no less liable to prosecution than any other visitor who commits a crime. The bobbies have already given self incriminating evidence against themselves in court (evidence will be in the transcripts of the hearings),as bugging of cars without proper authorisation is an offence open to prosecution.Mr Warren might be best advised to make formal criminal complaints to the authorities of those countries against the bobbies, and see how the dice falls.
