Care to elaborate on your ill informed comment Jon?

  3. You really should as you only have until 12 O'clock new years eve to comment on here, then you are being terminated for life.

You and your twisted little government buddies will not be getting anything published ever again, so fill your boots while you can.

The grief and stress you are causing Trevor Pitman is unprecedented in trolling history, especially when he has so many family problems at this time.

But rest assured, one way or another, you are going to pay for all that in the end :) Later asswipe....

  4. Is it true that the troll Jon Howarth is on benefits due to being so well known that decent employees keep him at arms lenght, meaning unemployed ?

Who knows in the new year Emma Martins from data protection will probably go the hole hog and give him a job, after all she is taking an honest man to court on his and others behalf.

Do they think they are protected from the truth and nothing but the truth. Silly them, the clock ticks.

  6. Rico- another supurb blog post. I'm grateful for your hard work. You're an excellent journalist and put MSM local journalists to shame.

I hope you don't mind me drawing peoples attention to the 'Rule of Law Index' undertaken by the WJP. It seems a worthwhile toolkit to consider for Jersey. I like 1.3 - 1.6 best!
Hopefully some people may get interested enough and wish to play a part in the inevitable downfall of the Jersey establishment. Every little bit helps!

THE WORLD JUSTICE PROJECT RULE OF LAW INDEX
The rule of law is a system in which the following four universal principles are upheld:
    > The government and its officials and agents are accountable under the law.
    > The laws are clear, publicized, stable and fair, and protect fundamental rights, including the security of persons and property.
    > The process by which the laws are enacted, administered, and enforced is accessible, efficient, and fair.
    > Justice is delivered by competent, ethical, and independent representatives and neutrals who are of sufficient number, have adequate resources, and reflect the makeup of the communities they serve.
These four universal principles which comprise the WJP’s notion of the rule of law are further developed in the nine factors of the WJP Rule of Law Index.
    FACTOR 1: Limited Government Powers
1.1 Government powers are defined in the fundamental law
1.2 Government powers are effectively limited by the legislature
1.3 Government powers are effectively limited by the judiciary
1.4Government powers are effectively limited by independent auditing and review
1.5 Government officials are sanctioned for misconduct
1.6 Government powers are subject to non-governmental checks
1.7 Transition of power is subject to the law
There are 8 more factors stuff like 'absence of corruption' and 'open government'. – Go to their website,

    http://worldjusticeproject.org/

    or read the report here-

    http://worldjusticeproject.org/sites/default/files/WJP_Index_Report_2012.pdf

Results are plotted and countries are measured and ranked accordingly. The UK generally trails near the bottom of the Western states.

I don’t believe Jersey would do very well on the Rule of Law index either. Do you?

If there is someone (or a group of people) in Jersey who thinks they can work impartially and is prepared to put a few hours in during the odd evening over the next couple of months, I’d be happy to provide drinks and a venue to get this work going. Contact details to follow if this seems to generate genuine interest.

    Thank you Rico.

  7. Your link about the "World Justice Project" is fascinating, and something that many people studying common law that I know, have never heard of. I wonder why that is?

It all sound wonderful doesn't it, in fact, to good to be true, and that's because it is to good to be true.

Our very first clue is given at the first universal principle.

1.> The government and its officials and agents are accountable under the law.

1.a. THEY ARE ALREADY ACCOUNTABLE UNDER LAW, AND LOOK AT THE BLOODY STATE THE WORLD IS IN? AND ALL BECAUSE OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER (of which I am in no doubt, the WJP is just another arm of).

    2. > The laws are clear, publicized, stable and fair, and protect fundamental rights, including the security of persons and property.

2.a. THIS IS THE BIG ONE...."The security of Persons and property"....FOR ME, THAT IS ENOUGH TO PUT THIS ARTICLE TO BED FOREVER. THE MAGNA CARTA REFERS TO MEN (which is what we are) NOT PERSONS. PERSONS ARE BODY CORPORATES, LEGAL FICTIONS, AND THAT IS ALL THEY INTEND CATERING FOR.

    3. > The process by which the laws are enacted, administered, and enforced is accessible, efficient, and fair.

3.A. "The process by which laws are enacted". RIGHT THERE WE SEE THAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT STATUTES, STATUTES ARE WHAT WE NEED TO GET RID OF, NOT BE GOVERNED BY. STATUTES ARE THE VEHICLE BY WHICH THE LARGE CORPORATIONS HAVE RUN OVER HUMANITY AND DRAGGED THEIR DISGUSTING LAWS OF THE SEA ONTO THE LAND.

    4. > Justice is delivered by competent, ethical, and independent representatives and neutrals who are of sufficient number, have adequate resources, and reflect the makeup of the communities they serve.

4.a. THIS IS PRICELESS, THEY ARE DESCRIBING THEMSELVES, THOSE WHO ARE ALREADY STINKING RICH, IN POWER, AND CONTROLLING THE MASSES, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY....SERVING THE COMMUNITY. THEY ARE ALREADY ALL PUBLIC SERVANTS AND ALL THEY DO IS ROB US BLIND AND DIMINISH OUR INALIENABLE RIGHTS ON A WEEKLY BASIS.

ANOTHER HUGE CLUE TO THIS NONSENSE IS WHAT THEY WRITE ABOUT THE FOUNDER OF THIS ORGANISATION.

"He is a past president of the American Bar Association (2007-08)" CHRIST!!!

That statement alone is enough to keep the sane of this world a million miles away from this guys delusions. The Bar Association & Law Society is a private corporation unconnected to government, these clowns are the ones who put all these laws into place to oppress us in the first instance.

When we read that he has much association with Bill Gates we put our head in our hands and weep. Bill Gates: Eugenicist Extraordinaire.

Just google "The atrocities of Bill Gates" the bastard is a mass murderer of children, as well as men.

PEOPLE SHOULD DO THEIR RESEARCH BEFORE EVEN THINKING ABOUT POSTING COMMENTS AND PROMOTING SUCH UTTER GARBAGE AS THE W.J.P

  8. Ian, The WJN is a pressure group-
it aspires to improve the lot of ordinary people. So please keep up and, at the very least, study their website first before being so aloof and critical. I know you have an axe to grind regarding the Jersey authorities and I really hope you get real justise one day. But please dont wreck my objective with your capital letters and cynicism. I'm not a Jersey 'victim of the system' but I'm keen to do my bit and I'm hoping to find similar people who are prepared to get together occassionally and work towards making a proper submission to the WJP regarding Jersey. Yes, I too expect to find Jersey ranked near Zimbabwee but it's useless talking about it, better to do something like this and submit it to WJN and then on to the UN, than rubbishing it before even looking at it. Encouragingly, in Nov. 2012 the UN declared a probe on the rule of law so it is (at last)an item on the international agenda and it's important that Jersey is not framed out- don't you think?

    To Ian and Anonymous,

I don't want the comments section breaking out into a who is right and who is wrong. We all want the same thing. I appreciate all contributions but need to draw a line.

If this is the wrong stance then so be it.

    You can email each other

Otherwise it turns into a "you said he said" and t this precise moment I can't handle that

    Thank you

    RS

All comments are greatly appreciated except for the ridiculous that I don't publish

  10. "Don't I Think?"

Sorry to break the news to you matey but the U.N and Bar Associations are a major part of the problem, they are not the solution.

You might like to research the U.N involvement in Bosnia, Rwanda, and the Congo. When your done with that, try peeping at Codex Alimentarius, Agenda 21, the World Bank, I.M.F, and the World Health Organisation. Not to mention the World Wildlife Fund and Cancer Research.

It is no coincidence that the Rockefeller Foundation donated prime real estate on Manhattan island for the building of the U.N's world headquarters! You may also be interested to discover why Russia was not willing to join the precursor of the U.N, The League of Nations.

Russia's leaders at the time, the Romanov's paid the ultimate price for resisting the plans for Global Governance of the oligarchy's who call themselves The New World Order.

The New World Order plan is for every country on the planet to surrender all their arms to the U.N who will take over world policing duties. The only thing stopping them at the minute is the profound resistance from the American public who refuse to surrender their guns. If they ever do, the whole world will fall within months. Why do you think Bush passed the Patriot Act without approval from the American people, or Congress? Obama is doing exactly the same passing legislation without approval from anyone, we can partially thank the Bar Association for that.

As for the Bar Association, take a look at my latest blog posting....Do you think that all the Commonwealth Nations are turning against their own people for the fun of it? Or do you think that maybe there is a reason for it?

When you have done years of research as I have on the subject, then you can come and advise me that I am wrong :)

And if, after researching all of that properly, you are still in doubt, Google the Georgia Guidestones and have a damn good read of the agenda they have mapped out for the world.

When you have done that, take a little look at FEMA Camps, engage in the maps provided and try and understand why people will not be allowed to live anywhere along a 48 degree latitude?

You will then also understand why they have been spraying chem-trails all over the world (apart from over Israel) for the last twenty years.

Once you understand the chem-trails scenario, then you will understand the G.M Frankenfood scenario....I hope!

If all this fails to convince you that something is seriously wrong, your last hope will be in studying the 13 Illuminati blood lines, but by which time you will probably be dead anyway.

  11. Sorry to break the news to you matey but a lot of your reference points - i.e. Friends of Liberty (re Fema Camps) are extreme right wing White Suprematist organisations ...... it's wothwhile doing a bit of research before publishing.

And regarding not being able to live anywhere along the 48 degree latitude, I presume you mean, amongst other cities, Paris, Vienna, Munich, Basel, Strasbourg etc etc.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Whoever mentioned "Friends of Liberty" or any other supremacist organisation, other than you?

I made reference to the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

If you had done any research you would know exactly what I meant By the 48 degree latitude comment :)

  13. You make reference to FEMA, but your theories arise from comments and opinions pedalled by Suprematist websites.

Re the 48 degree latitude comment, your words, "and try and understand why people will not be allowed to live anywhere along a 48 degree latitude"

    1. Aah, got it, you are MK Ultra boss! No?

      Mind reader perhaps?

You were in my head when I was studying? You know my "theories arise from comments and opinions by suprematist websites".

What "theories"....I haven't put any theories forward?

Firstly, I don't know what a "Suprematist" is?

Secondly, I have never ever visited a (Supremacist) website in my life.

Thirdly, what comments and opinions am I alleged to have read?

Come on fella, you really are making a complete and utter tit out of yourself, and I know you are doing it deliberately, your initial politeness, grammar and courtesy appears to have all but disappeared, you keep repeating yourself in comments because you don't understand the agenda and cannot react with anything coherent, relative, or factual.

Be a man, take defeat on the chin, then tootle off and annoy someone else on the web, I am really busy at the moment with documented facts and evidence about your government, please feel free to revisit once you know what your talking about....Bye Bye then :)

  14. You're plucking conspiracy theories out of cyberspace - all of these are the standard crap that fill the pages of white suprematist or survivalist websites.

  16. Ask yourself this, if there is no conspiracy for a world government, why are government F.E.M.A Camps springing up all over the place? Why are governments building them? For what purpose if not to house and imprison the people? No government spends millions building camps surrounded by razor wire unless they are going to be put to good use in the future....

    ReplyDelete
  17. Come on Ian, what are there claimed - over 800 internment camps in the US - all fully staffed and ready to go? And yet there's not one bit of documented evidence or piece of mainstream journalism(the US is not Jersey when it comes to transparency in journalism) that would confirm the existence of any such camps. Indeed it doesn't help that the videos and pictures that have been circulating around the outer edges of cyberspace actually depict everything from National Guard training centers to Amtrak repair stations to North Korean labour camps.

And your earlier statements re the Romanovs is just total anti-semetic nonsense. Don't you think that the tens of millions of Russian peasants, totally pissed off with their living conditions and being ruled by a despotic dynasty, might have slightly more cause to the overthrow of the Romanovs than a pissed off jewish banker?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Why are you trying to put words into my mouth? Where did I ever mention 800 camps? The enabling legislation for F.E.M.A Camps can be found in the Emergency Centres Establishment Act sometimes known as H.R.645 you may also like to look at the Army Regulations 210-35 how how these centres will be policed.

Could you also please point me in the direction of these white supremacist sites that you have been checking out, I could do with a good giggle to :)

Furthermore, "anti-semetic nonsense" and "pissed off jewish banker"? Strange how you bring this angle into the equation, you obviously know what your talking about, and I know it to. I, and a few friends would like to take you up on your kind offer to get together for a chat and some refreshments, if you could send me a "NOT FOR PUBLICATION" comment and give us a phone number or address, we can pop up at the weekend for that chat.

  18. I don't know if you'll publish this either but here goes ... I 've googled FEMA camps and, really, all references to them are in far right US publications. Surely, any such project would be of the highest priority to those who believe that their civil liberties are being eroded i.e. ethnics, religious minorities and, overall, the those who believe in civil liberties for all, but I see no such reporting in sites that might be connected to those groups of people.

One of the most quoted papers on the internet re the existence of these camps is a report written by Barbara Hartwell that lists the locations of such sites and the relevant executive orders. However, in her opening paragraphs she talks about a mental health institution being built just outside Fairbanks that would house a population of 2 million. That's about 50 times the size of present day Fairbanks - imagine the infrastructure required - how many people would be needed to construct such a thing - and the cost? And how do you keep such a thing secret? I've google mapped Fairbanks and the terrain around it looks pretty pristine to me only one fairly major road going through the town.

  19. Fair play for publishing the above Ian. Don't get me wrong, being a real bean with the stamp in my passport, it really pisses me off the way my island is being spoilt and how it has lost its soul. But don't go down the US far right conspiracy road, its not a good place to be.

Strikes me as bizarre that almost the entire population commenting on blog sites are fearful of being themselves! Perhaps it may be the government conditioning they have been subjected to for generations that petrifies them so much that they simply cannot be who they really are!!! Kind of proves my point entirely doesn't it?

      All very sad really :(

  21. Just Google FEMA camps.

The first entry I came across from a site called Wonkette, included the sentence "Perhaps that would be a probably for a less Muslim-Socialist demagogue. Fortunately, Dear Leader Obama is very smart. How do you think he managed to get all those black votes in Maine?"

2nd Entry: Friends of Liberty website - I've already quoted from that re Fairbanks

4th entry: Dave Hodges - the Common Sense show - who also lobbies for the rights of all americans to bear arms.

5th entry: Dave Gibson, Norfolk Prepper Examiner, a man who believes that, "the most pressing issue of our time is illegal immigration"

Following on are articles from various US "Freedom" sites and sites looking to sell books on FEMA.

If you can find a recognised newssite, liberal lefty or ethic site reporting on FEMA, please show me
