Man jailed after three cars burn in car park
The case was heard in the Royal Court
A 28-YEAR-OLD man who caused three cars to go up in flames in a school car park, causing damage worth more than £3,000, was jailed for two and half years by the Royal Court yesterday.
The unemployed man admitted taking a Saab 900 XS after breaking into a secure car park and torching it on 28 June in the playing field car park of Grainville School.

He pleaded guilty to maliciously setting fire to and causing damage to the car and its contents worth £500. The burning Saab set two other vehicles alight, causing damage valued at £2,500.
