  2. Trolling is starting to get pretty severe tonight, looks like Jon's Wet Mattress, alias the "Stella Kid" "Howdy Doody" "Ammonia Pants" "JTM" "Marmite Miner" "Doughnut Puncher" "Gail" "Florence" "Brare Rabbit" & "Poopacus Panticus" amongst many others, is getting rather drunk....Wonder which young lady will be threatened with caustic soda tonight?

  5. At least Mr. Christmas won't be lonely over the Christmas holiday at la Moye as he must be surrounded with friendly faces that will do their best to make him feel welcome!

  7. How can any judgements this git made, stand? he was sending people to prison while he was robbing people himself,I wonder if the Queen knows about him in prison and still being paid,I believe if she knew she would kick his arse out,I say this as was it not a royal appointment? watch him drag this out I think you can appeal three times, that will be worth a few quid to him and he gets christmas dinner free, maybe he will play santa to the other inmates!Just had another thought I wonder if he meets up with people he sent to prison?

  8. I really enjoy this blog...but it seems you also block comments like the JEP?

I understand he was convicted...but was not 'robbing' people...it was all proven in court that the money WAS used to purchase the properties, not for anything else, the conviction was for being 'wreckless'.

Also..this actually alledgedly started as an Attorney General investigation not a criminal (who at the time was William Bailhace. The person who lent the money to the investor who complained was (alledgedly) Richard Falle (well, it was his wife's money). His wife was on the board of governors at Vic College at the same time as Jurat John Le Breton and Phillip Le Brocq. Appenetly Richard Falle is also good friends with Phil Bailhache. I also have it from a fairly good source that Christmas was in fact quite vocal about the abuse that took place at Greenfields. Wonder if this is all linked in some way?

The police - allegedly - used lies and leading questions, and turned tapes off at crucial moments. Not to mention playing games of 'let's name all 50 states or all the counties in England' during the trial which the tax payer was paying them to attend - this all evident to anyone in attendance.

Not sure if this should all be posted or is even relevant...and obviously there will be a lot more to this either way, but I just cannot believe that Jersey would imprison one of 'their own' justly..that just does not happen here.

    1. This blog has "Propaganda" in the title, of course I block comments, especially by retards called Jon.

And, how do you know all this?

Bet you wouldn't like to ring me and authenticate your story, would you?

    2. Haha fair point!

I think the information about the investigation and the original complainant was public knowledge. Stuff about vic college is here: http://www.vcj.sch.je/vcjsites/Associated%20Groups/foundation/MINISITE/content/intro.html (I just put it together through some comment on a posting on Syvret's blog).

I have no evidence to support the Greenfields claims, just heard it on the grapevine, supposedly coming from a good source. An accusation about leading questions was brought up in court (so should be public knowledge?), and a lot of evidence could therefore not be submitted.

That said, suppose there is a small chance that the police didn't do any of this and followed procedures and Jersey have actually found one of their own guilty (or maybe not, guess there's still the appeal - which if he does get found innocent on will certainly bring up a lot more questions!).

I don't know all of this as fact, it's just what I've heard..partly from people who would know, and partly just putting bits and pieces together. It could all well be false information, or exaggerated..I don't know for certain.
