"Bish - Bash - Bosh" Part 2

Senator Breckon: "I didn't assault her"

Senator Alan Breckon took the stand today to defend himself against a woman's claim she was assaulted by him.

When Senator Breckon was asked did you kick Miss Hase four times in the head, he replied, "I didn't."

Earlier in court, Miss Suzette Haze was told that her version of the event was a 'lie'.

Senator Alan Breckon's defence team claim Suzette Hase sustained a swollen black eye and head injuries after falling over in a drunken state.

But the 44 year old says her one time friend Senator Breckon assaulted her after she refused his advances.

Senator Alan Breckon, 59, is alleged to have assaulted Suzette Hase, 44, at his home in St Brelade in April.

Yesterday, the prosecution claimed Senator Breckon and Miss Hase had a close friendship but that Senator Breckon wanted it to become a sexual relationship.

They say on the night in question Miss Hase refused his advances and it ended in violence.

The trial is expected to last until tomorrow.

  1. Wasn't Breckon spoken to by the police a few years ago for banging on a womans door in town one night?

What's his voting pattern been like since then?

    Captured by the jersey way.

    bet he gets off.

    1. I don't think for one minute that she is lying, but as we know, any verdict is possible in the current climate of the scrutiny upon Jersey. Wonder if the police did any forensics on his shoes? I bet they didn't!

  3. Bloody hell Ian you are seriously bad boy, you have the Sharp report above which no States member is allowed a copy of let alone the peasants.

Just as bad you are giving deep and graphic details of a Politician in court.

What is so different is the JEP gave out the least detail of the Lotus driver who killed his passenger that they could, and the Jersey tax payer picked up his costs even though he was prosecuted for a lesser crime but still a criminal?

Can you get your act together and just do a sodden JEP, BBC or CTV news cast saying nothing, because you are waking people up ( those you call sheeples ) sod off Ian and let us pay more tax, pay for more trips to the Caribbean for the rich politicians who are full of themselves.

Then again why give in to corruption on the island that thousands call home
