    1. Sorry Ian.

      I'm suffering from "outrage fatigue"

50+ years of HDLG & cover up, Syvret, Matt Tap, Andrew Lewis, Illegally suspended police chief ............

I'm afraid you will have to settle for SPEECHLESS !

Perhaps you can look forward to the dry little lawyer/troll from

  2. This has to be the straw that breaks the camel's back?

Surely there has to be a Polish Lawyer for her family taking a bit of an interest?

    1. The Bailhache clan and their cronies ARE the law in this town. So a "Polish Lawyer" would be just as powerless as a Latvian one.
(Dita was Latvian btw and apparently just as worthless in the eyes of the Jersey Lawyers)

They run the show - of you don't like it there is [soon to be] a Taser in my pocket and a boat in the morning.

What could possibly be wrong with an island run (and largely owned) by lawyers ?

UDI (independence) will guarantee their future in their very own fiefdom, or thiefdom as I like to spell it.

  3. I think Dita was Latvian anon, but yes, your point is why I wrote the first comment above.

How will the family and friends deal with this news?
Did they expect it would happen this way?
Will there be a compensation order?
Insurance will not entertain a payout so will anyone sue Linden?
Where can we view the crash report?
Are the insurance paying for a new vehicle?
Are the insurance paying for damaged walls,"tow trucks" etc etc?
Where can we view the nine witness statements?
Who in government will look into this latest outrage?

    ALWAYS SO MANY QUESTIONS!!!

  4. I am so disappointed in you Mr Evan's. I know you won't publish this because you have not published three other posts I have offered you. Or maybe you will now because I am calling you out. Either way I am not particularly bothered anymore.

I have asked you three times now to point out where the supposed corruption is (in this particular case) and it seems that you cannot so you simply ignore my correspondence.

This is probably because a) you know there isn't any actual evidence and b) it doesn't suit your agenda to have to admit that there is no actual evidence of corruption available to date. I have to conclude that you are a coward and just as corrupt (in a sense) to edit out those posts which challenge your particular agenda and only publish those that agree with you.

What you do not realise is that you do your own credibility and that of your blog a disservice by this dishonesty. There are important issues of real actual corruption going on in this island which, thankfully, are being reported on by credible blog sites and which allow reasonable debate and questions to be aired. Your blog sadly fails in this regard.

I also find it incredible that you have taken a completely different stance to the statutory law in this case. Mr Linden was - and still is - facing a statutory charge. You don't think statutory law applies in a common law jurisdiction and so, if your previously held beliefs were right, he shouldn't have faced a dangerous driving charge in the first place.

More than happy to debate any of this with you on the blog but you may choose to continue to ignore challenging correspondence and refer to anyone who doesn't kiss your ass a troll. Not fussed either way now.

    1. Not physically Ian, metaphorically. I know the physical is more your style and I am an awful lot smaller than you. In any event, you did post it because you are as predictable as ever.

So anyhow, for the 5TH TIME. Will you now point your readers in the direction of the evidence of corruption IN THIS CASE or are you just hoping that saying it often enough will make it true? Put up or shut up you hypocrite.

Will you also explain why you have changed your views on statutory law? That would be interesting too. Perhaps you need time for Cyril to explain it to you?

    2. Maybe Ian's readers do not need 'pointing in the direction of evidence of corruption'. You obviously have your own views on the matter, but my view is that a girl lost her life in a car accident where that car was being driven at a speed far greater than the speed limit. The driver (or alleged driver) of the car has effectively been let off. I fail to see how anybody does not smell something fishy here.

  6. To the nasty minded character at 6.33 and 7.04 (probably the same person).

Remember, "you don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows."

If you are the sort of mad buffoon who believes that only an expert can define reality, then you are less than worthless to the rest of us - you are a positive danger. Let us all hope you don't have an influential position with your sort of toxic twisted thinking.

If you can't see "just by looking at (the) photo" that the impact damage was obviously caused by speed (considerably) greater than 40 mph, then you are an idiot. Your phraseology, grammar and spelling suggest that education made some mark on you, so you cannot be literally idiotic. Therefore, you must be trying to deceive with false argument and rhetoric or that strange blend of stupidity combined with misleading articulate plausibility so prevalent on the Rock. I blame the fact that so many kids locally try to be advocates, plus the inherent (im)amorality of too much of the finance industry. In order to "fit in" over here people put their sense, humanity and morals too far onto the back burner so they can get on in their careers.

You deceitfully point out that the Elise "is not an ordinary car but one made of a type of fibre glass" but "accidentally" forget to mention that it still has a metal chassis, to which items such as the engine are attached. As the other commenter has mentioned, this vehicle type could never in a million years have passed a crash impact test if it was as prone to "disintegr(ation) on impact" as this vehicle.

You are yet another low-life worm-tongued scum trying to defend the indefensible. Why are there so many around these days?

but I think you meant 9:36 PM (replying to 7.04 )

    2. So you don't need a weather man to know which the wind blows. Yes, that's right. Real evidence is no substitute for assumption. Was Linden not entitled to defend himself? Isn't that we are fighting for? I notice that hypocite Evans edited my post to exclude any references to the times that he has challenged the evidence of the prosecution. That's the coward he is. Edit it again Ian

Size is no consequence, and I did not mention physically....Of course I am predictable as ever, I stick to the same morals and principles as I always have....The evidence is right in front of you, but you, like the fools you operate for, are just to disgusting and corrupted to acknowledge it....Hypocrite? Everything I have alleged against the Scum running Jersey, I have put up the evidence for, yet it is still ignored....I have not changed my views on Statute Bullshit, it will always be statute bullshit, and the deception that filthy Jersey pigs use to con the poor out of the little they have....I need Cyril to explain nothing to me, if I need his advice, I will ask the man to his face....

Your just like the Birt's, the Bailhache's and the Walker's of this world....So much money and power, and pitifully, so little understanding of what to do with it!!!

Using all that wealth and power to get knighted, not even being able to earn it through your deeds, even the crown are forcing some of you to do some charity work first hey Fwank?

May you all choke on your own corrupt filth.

  8. Anon @ 4:08pm

Just because statutory laws kind of mirror real law sometimes doesn't make up for a lack of a jury, does it? As we have seen many times statutory laws are arbitrary and can easily be gamed by those operating them.

  12. Ian,
The picture of the disintergrated Lotus high performance sports car has now convinced me NOT to buy one of these as if this is the damage caused at a 'mear' 30mph what can one expect at say....70 or 80 mph?? about the same I would say. I am so very, very sorry Dita did not get 'justice' in this septic Isle, but if you believe in KARMA as I do the driver has it all yet to come.

  13. The Elise is a very safe car to drive as some of the following incidents show. The aluminium chassis is very strong and has excellent side protection. The clamshells and the front and rear sub-frames are excellent at energy absorbtion. The integral roll bar is also very strong. If you've got a story to tell and any pictures to go with it then drop me a line.I have seen the Discovery Channel program about the car's design, and remember it survived the 30mph crash test into a solid concrete block, such that it could have been driven afterwards. http://www.elises.co.uk/miscellaneous/safety/index.html
