"Only In 'Paedophile Loving' Jersey!!!"

Suspected sex offender on bail

A 20 year old man is on bail after appearing in Jersey's Magistrate's Court today, charged with five counts of making indecent images of children.

Edward Le Galle was arrested and charged on Tuesday, following a nationwide sting last week.

The clamp down saw 76 suspected offenders arrested and more than 141 search warrants issued.

Le Galle is on bail until the August 29th when he is due at the Royal Court.

  3. I have a mate doing months and months on remand--(Not Guilty)for a pissy assault charge and he's been up the nick since February, and they've put his royal court appearance as October--A guy with a posh Jersey name gets his collar felt, for online pornography, and he is allowed to walk the streets-what kind of a unique society is this?

  4. Does anyone know if this scumbag took the photos of kids, or did he photoshop them? Either is a crime but if he took photos of children being molested he should never ever see light of day.

  5. Anon, it was an English police operation so I would guess that he downloaded them from somewhere, then the jersey police were sent to pick him up.

  6. This is a mates Facebook status..... Just got a phone call from the police saying that they have dropped the case of me almost dying after the assault in February and there is nothing I can do about it !!! So they're saying you can almost kill some1 and get away with it, but if you get caught for speeding you get up to a year!!!!

  7. Yet again this Island is left to get away with laughing at abuse victims-through giving a suspected online predator bail-and to add insult to injury-Edward Le Galle is smiling at the camera--We need to be taken over by the UK,and some of these spoilt posh boys at the top of Jersey's tree need to be taken in hand-and disciplined...

  8. Just so you all know.

NB: According to a 1994 law that hasn't been updated in Jersey, in downloading the images you are taking an active part in the 'making' of said images.

Im sure justice will happen, if it is to be true.

  9. Anon who left a comment today, I am grateful but cannot publish addresses of paedophiles as it may lead to their murder, and our government wouldn't want a paedo murdered....

  10. Does anyone know if Edward Le Galle went back to Royal Court on 29th August. Does not seem to be anything in the news or on the internet.

  11. There are a number of cases that, as usual, go quiet, this being one of them. I have not heard anything since this posting, and neither have I heard anything about the case involving the building company boss! THE JERSEY WAY!

  12. Finally he has been remanded in custody after admitting to downloading imeges and videos of children. He will be sentanced on 7th December. He is finally off the street. Strange that he was never held in custody before when they have said that it is level 5 on the severity of a crime like this, yet they leave him living on a street where children live next to him and have to travel to school on the same road. Beggars Belief. This was in last nights JEP.

  13. This guy is out of prison. Saw him yesterday hanging around Millinium Park. He is back living on a street where children pass by his house to go to school. Dont think this should be allowed. what can be done.
