Man arrested following alleged sex assault

A man is being questioned about the alleged assault

 

A 32-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested in connection with an alleged sexual assault on a woman at Grands Vaux in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Police have confirmed that the man is helping detectives with their inquiries but they are still appealing for witnesses to the alleged attack.

The incident is believed to have occurred in the area near to the tennis courts after the woman was apparently approached in the road.
