  1. Not too sure if I am reading the above correctly, can you help me out Ian.

the IT expert has visited the acting Batonnier's office and is satisfied that the e-mail dated 30th November was sent and received on that date.

What has the above to do with your actual complaint against Advocate Bail?

  2. What do you want us to make of it? You are crook and they are the good guys because that's all it means.

  3. Habeus Corpus - Where is a copy of the letter that was sent?

Write back and ask for a copy of the opinion of the merits of the case that was sent to you.

  4. This is another cover up. Why didn't they get this I.T. Expert to look at your computer to see if you received this email?
This is typical corrupt Jersey cover up.

  5. Sounds plausible and reasonable but I suspect you will see yet another conspiracy or cover up!

  6. I feel the draught from a swift closing of ranks....you may have to take it yourself as "a litigant in person" bearing in mind which set of laws you want to deal with, or bend over and assume the position.....for all our sakes I'm hoping you will not choose the latter...take care of the health...it's the Ace card.

  7. The Law Society (throughout the entire common law jurisdiction) exists for one reason and for one reason only, that is, to PERVERT THE COURSE OF JUSTICE - Bale should have sent you a proper opinion with a signed wet signature. As for the the supposedly sent email, the Law Society and their IT expert should have been able to give you the exact date & time of the supposed email (that's if the IT expert ever did find anything on the source computer) - therefore the Law Society can offer absolutely no material proof that an email was sent to you - only hearsay...

  14. I am 16, in a law and society class, and on the debate team at my school. I am interested in law, (I want justice!) and I want to become a lawyer when I am older. I think Law and Order is a very interesting show, and I surprisingly learned a few techniques from the show that I used to win a mock trial last year. My mother just sees the show as inappropriate (murder, rape....). How can I convince my mother to let me watch the show? I think its better than watching Jersey Shore, or any other show as vulgar as the ones on MTV. (She lets my younger brother watch South Park, which is in my opinion is trash, yet she won't let me watch Law and Order)
