"Common Law - Admiralty Law - And Your Straw Man" Part 16

"When Enough Is Truly Enough"

"The Fightback Begins"

Before we start this posting, we would like the reader to know, and acknowledge, that anything in this posting is "NOT" Legal Advice, and should "NOT" be perceived as such. Everything written here is merely our own theory.

Please also note, that anyone using these tactics or copying what we have done here, "MUST" know how to defend themselves properly in a courtroom. Lawyer's and Judges have a wealth of knowledge and trickery to get you to consent to their codes of practice, thereby rendering you liable to their penalties after you have been coaxed into giving up your "Inalienable Rights".
"Common Law is the greatest protection anyone has against tyrannical Government and injustice. The States of Jersey have trampled the Law of the land into the dirt."

Common Law Admiralty Law And Your Straw Man,
PART 11 , PART 12 , PART 13PART 14PART 15

Fraudster 'judge' Richard Falle

SO, after the fraud perpetrated on Cyril in part 13.... "the squirrel" was rattled....and angry....

I said to Cyril, the clown has acted criminally, treat him like a criminal!
And so, we compiled a complaint to the Law Society.

The only way to combat Jersey's criminals, is to use their own 'err' Laws against them.

Below is the result of our efforts, enjoy.

The Response

Why can the Law Society not act against one of it's members in Jersey?

Why must this complaint be sent to King Birt's Office?

Time yields everything.

Ian's Court Hearing

Zee vorm izt turninks....LOL

"Ian didn't pay his social security"

So, I have allegedly defrauded the next Oligarchy out of my contribution to his or her
Golden Handshake, SO WHAT?

Social Security payments are "voluntary" payments anyway, just as "tax" payments are voluntary payments, and I chose not to pay!!!

What does our bent government do?
It gets the Law Officers Department to write a demand for money, and addresses it to a legal fiction person!

THE LETTER

MY RESPONSE TO SOCIAL SECURITY

30th January 2012

NOTICE OF DISCHARGE OF ALL ALLEGED DEBT, NOTICE OF STATUS AND REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATION

Senator Francis Le Gresley
Social Security Department
Philip Le Feuvre House
St Helier, JE4 8PE.

Notice to principal is notice to agent and vice-versa

You have apparently made allegations that I am a legal fiction, that I owe your company money, and that I am bound by your companies rules.

You have apparently made demands upon me, I do not understand those apparent demands and therefore cannot lawfully fulfil them.

I seek clarification of your document so that I may act according to the law and maintain my entire body of inalienable rights in doing so.

Failure to accept this offer, to clarify, and to do so completely and in good faith within 7 (seven) days will be deemed by all parties to mean that you and your principal, and other parties/agents abandon all demands upon me through irrevocable estoppel by acquiescence.

I conditionally accept your offer to agree that I am Mr Ian Leslie Evans and that I am obliged to provide your company with any monies or duties upon proof of claim of all of the following;

Upon proof of claim that I am a MR and not a man.

Upon proof of claim that I am a Person and not a man.

Upon proof of claim that there is a lawful two party contract supporting your demand.

Upon proof of claim that I am lawfully bound to any unrevealed contracts.

Upon proof of claim that I have a lawful contract with your Company.

Upon proof of claim that any of your Companies rules apply to me.

Upon proof of claim that I have signed an International contract.

Upon proof of claim that I have income that is subject to any form of levy by your company.

Upon proof of claim that my inalienable rights do not apply to this matter.

Upon proof of claim that there is a law entitling you, or your company, to demand money from me.

Upon proof of claim that there is in existence, a valid social security law applicable to me.

Upon proof of claim that a legal fiction can create a liability on a man, absent my consent.

Upon proof of claim that there is a law obliging me to complete and/or return any of your Companies documents with any payments.

Upon proof of claim that at the times these alleged debts were incurred, I was acting in the capacity of a legal fiction and/or a Government Agent.

Upon proof of claim that I was employed as a Government agent and receiving payment as a Government agent at such times as the alleged debts were incurred.

I confirm that I am a sentient flesh and blood man, and not a legal fiction. I confirm that I have no contract with you, or your company. I confirm that I am not an employee or agent of Government and do not receive Government pay.

I also wish to bring to your attention the fact that any attempt by you, your company, principal, justice system participants at all and any levels, agents, or other parties, to obtain monies from myself via the court system (public funded) or any other adjudication process, without proof of claim, is fraud.

Furthermore, I reserve the right to seek reparation for my time, and indeed, any tort that I have suffered as a result of yours, or your companies, agents, principals or other parties actions in this matter.

Furthermore, I reserve the right to set any fee schedule level I choose, and at my discretion.

Furthermore, I reserve my rights not to be bound by any silent adhesion contracts.

All words, terms, phrases, symbols and figures used herein mean what I say they mean, and are not open to reinterpretation.

  1. When somebody prefaces a claim about legal matters with a phrase saying "we would like the reader to know, and acknowledge, that anything in this posting is NOT Legal Advice, and should NOT be perceived as such.", how seriously do you expect me to take their claims about the law?

Either what you say about Admirality law etcetera is 100% accurate and correct, or it's not.

If it's the former, why would it require a disclaimer? It wouldn't, would it?

Think of it this way. Let us say you bring me your car to be fixed because you've heard I'm a mechanic. I take a look under the bonnet and reel off a few minutes of mechanical mumbo-jumbo and tech-speak. I then tell you I may or may not know what I've just been talking about. Now, are you going to let me get to work on your car?

  2. Fair play to you Ian, you are certainly testing the system. Watching with interest to see how this develops.

    Anonymous.

  3. Can you explain why you don't think you should pay social security, because your post covers your method of opposition, rather than the reason for your opposition. Thanks

  4. anon @2:53

    Hi anon,

Disclaimers in this area are necessary because the law society has a long record of vigorously protecting their product.
All written statutes are the copyright property of law societies, the SOJinc. enact these products under licence or agreement with the law society.

When lawyers give legal advice it is accepted that that advice is just a legal opinion, if two lawyers working for opposing parties in a particular case have differing opinions a judge usually decides which opinion is the correct interpretation of the 'law'.

Using your analogy if two mechanics have a different view on what's wrong with your motor then, unlike in a 'court of law' the facts will decide which mechanic made the correct diagnosis.

Ians' disclaimer ensures the law society wind their necks back in.

I personally, can't see a problem calling this stuff lawful advice.

  5. The reason is simple, I am a man, not a legal fiction, and therefore these enactments don't apply to me.

All these 'err' laws were made to govern corporations and vessels on the oceans, they were designed to protect men and women from corporations. Then government saw that they could be used to fleece and control men and women so they turned the tables and began protecting the corporations, exactly the opposite of what these laws were designed for in the first place.

When the New World Order comes upon you in it's entirety, you will understand why I fight this disgusting regime.

We are simply being made slaves of, I hope you get this into your head at the earliest opportunity. If you cannot grasp what I am saying, go back on the links to the first posting and study the second video on that posting.

    I hope this has helped.

  6. But presumably you are entitled to receive the same benefits paid for social security spending as everybody else who isn't making the claims you make ?

If you are also saying that you do not wish to be entitled to these benefits, then I understand your opposition, otherwise Could you please explain further ? Thnks

    ReplyDelete
  7. Anon, I have never ever claimed any of these alleged benefits, and I never will. They are in fact, not really benefits as you will always pay much more in than you ever get back.

I am however entitled to them even if I do not pay into the system, this is because of the fraud governments have used against its people over many many generations.

Age of retirement goes up to 67!!! Just how many of us will even live to 67? Let alone work to 67? They do this so you have little, if any time left in your life to enjoy, to some very small degree, the fruits of your labour and collect your pension that will be non existent soon.

    It is simply FRAUD.

  9. anon says,

"But presumably you are entitled to receive the same benefits paid for social security spending as everybody else who isn't making the claims you make ?"

    don't make me laugh

If you have paid contributions continuously for 30 years, but fail to pay (for whatever reason) the last 2 quarters, then you are not entitled to any benefit.

'social security' is an insurance policy whose terms and conditions no other insurance company would be allowed to get away with.

    ReplyDelete
  10. 'Anon, I have never ever claimed any of these alleged benefits, and I never will'

Are you sure you've never benefitted from the social security system ? Never been to a doctor, or hospital, or claimed sickness benefit, or paid the full market price for prescription drugs ? And you don't have any accumulated pension benefit from contributions you have made in the past ?

I of course accept that the tax situation is getting out of hand, however the social security system is available to all, and is thus paid for by all.

'i am however entitled to them even if I do not pay into the system'

I don't mean to be rude, but if everyone adopted this attitude, the poorest in society would suffer the most, because the wealthy could finance these things themselves. I'm sure that s not what you would want ?

Are you also suggesting that corporate income tax is a bad thing ?

And 100 years ago, we had a prosperous nation funded by the rape of the resources of our colonies, an average life expectancy of 50 years, a vastly higher number of fatal diseases, and no social security provision for the poor who still lived in abject squalor, so that's not a period that would compare favourably with today.

Sorry to disagree, but I don't think some of your points are realistic.

    ReplyDelete
  11. You are entitled to disagree, that's fine, but I don't think you see the bigger picture.

Government constantly make demands from us for money, yet there is NO MONEY in circulation! It is all debt and promissory notes. All countries are bankrupt.

It even tells you on your banknotes, "I promise to pay the bearer on demand the sum of £10" Try going into a bank and swapping your bank note for "The sum of £10" that is promised to you?

Do you even know what "the sum of £10" is??? Does anyone?

    ReplyDelete
  12. 'don't make me laugh'

Have you bothered to check what social security contributions actually pay for before making his sort of statement ?

Before getting all aggressive and trying to make this into an argument, please carry out a little research. And please don't blame somebody trying to point out the deficiencies in your argument for failings of the SS. Blame those who are taking far more from the system. They are the ones you should directing your anger against, which was sort of my original point.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Anon above, THERE IS NO MONEY IN CIRCULATION!!! only promissory notes.

Therefore, NO ONE can be sponging from the system because there is NOTHING to sponge, it's all one big government con.

ANYONE can lawfully pay a bill with a promissory note, it is that simple.

    ReplyDelete
  14. The reason some, not all, governments are bankrupt is that the benefits they have, and continue, to provide for their citizens cost in excess of the taxes they are willing or able to raise. If costs exceed receipts, then they have to run a deficit, which s financed by borrowing. Eventually those borrowings become so large that a significant percentage of the country's GDP is spent on servicing these debts, which again means that they have to cut benefits further. So politicians either get their citizens to pay more for the services they consume, or they cut the benefits.

Which is why my original point was that those that refuse to contribute to the system but still expect to receive benefits eventually makes life worse for everyone, but especially the poor who rely the most on those benefis.

That is both the big, and the smaller picture

If you want to know about what £10 means, read about the history of money and the gold standard.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Why do government borrow money from banks? Why don't they just print their own money instead of having to pay back interest?

    Think about it!

    SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

    ReplyDelete
  16. 'Anon above, THERE IS NO MONEY IN CIRCULATION!!! only promissory notes.'

That's actually correct. It is the way that governments control the monetary system, by acting as the guarantor of every promise that somebody holding one of their bills, or using it as a medium of exchange, can rely on. If you have an alternative system that 200 years of economics have failed to suggest, it would be very interesting to hear. Barter is of course another way, but that's not so popular since people realised that specialisation of labour actually provided a more effective way to allocate resources.

Anybody can issue a promissory note to pay for anything. It's of course down to those receiving the promissory note to decide if that promise is sufficiently reliable to guarantee payment. That's where the governments promise on a banknote comes in. It's no conspiracy, it's just that only governments have the resources (and the ability to print more notes) to make good on the promise without question

This really is very basic economics.

    ReplyDelete
  17. 'Why do government borrow money from banks? Why don't they just print their own money instead of having to pay back interest?'

Because if they print excessive amounts of money, they create inflation. Inflation devalues every note and coin n circulation, making everybody holding those notes poorer.

Eventually you end up with a situation like Zimbabwe or the weimar collapse in Germany between the wars.

Again, this is very basic stuff that most people understand.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Why would Ian need justify his choices?

Who states we have to all act and believe a certain way. Why do we have to believe a government works for all people when we can see if works against the majority.

Wait until your sick and see what you have to pay for even if you have paid social security all your life.

Hiring equiptment that is not provided or available etc etc.

  19. "Ian Evans said...

That's not true. When have you ever recieved a bill or demand which requires you to pay "money"?

Have you ever had a parking fine that says "please pay the Town Hall £10 in money?" No.

You will be asked to pay an amount in Pounds. Which is what the promissory note is, which is what we commonly call "money". You are NEVER asked for "money".

For someone who puts such importance on the way words are used, you should have realised that.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Ian. If you don't want nit pickers to have a go at your wording, you need to get the grammar right.

    You wrote:

"Upon proof of claim that any of your Companies rules apply to me"

There were several other examples of the incorrect use of the word "companies" too.

Correctly, this should instead be "Company's rules" which means "the rules of your company".

"Companies" means "more than one company".

  23. You do know TAX is voluntary ? The whole island stops paying it, your masters become your slaves overnight.
You can not tax a humna, only a name given up you by The Governance. Its all a fad and a con.

  24. Too right anon, the government are public servants, nothing more, they are a small step above slaves.

Only trouble is, the masses think they are the slaves, but we are changing their thought patterns slowly, but surely :)

    ReplyDelete
  25. The arguments against what Ian is fighting against, miss the point entirely.

The issue is not SS, it is the mechanism that leads to the your discuss about the need for SS.

Think about it, and then think even deeper.

Whether there is any merit in what Ian is stating, which I guess is really coming from Cyril, I do not known, as it appears it would take me a lot of time to validate, but on the basis that Cyril has done so, it certainly holds my interest.

I have one question for Cyril, is Guernsey running under similar rules?

    ReplyDelete
  26. "which I guess is really coming from Cyril"

    GUESS AGAIN!!!

    ReplyDelete
  27. Ian writes his own stuff as I do mine,I may have been studying for longer but Ian is well smart enough to work it out with his own due diligence

as for Guernsey social security I don't know but the legal set up will be similar

    ReplyDelete
  28. Thank you young squirrel.

I do indeed write most of my own stuff, but I run it past Cyril for clarification and advice purposes. He in turn, writes all of his material and emails it to me for my consideration and input.

In this way we get two very completely different perspectives on the same theme, this is why we work so well together.

Cyril has two years studying on me, but by Christ, I learn fast. King Birt and his motley crew will tell you that !!! :)

  29. Learning how to craft a notice is a good method for argueing the toss with government agents (toss is the only thing they have)

asking the right questions and applying logic and reason to their answers, often reveals the true nature of things

getting through to the man or woman hiding behind the persona of a government agent can be difficult but is rewarding

for the tax bitten, I can feel a tax moment comming on, might take a couple of weeks yet

  30. All of this stuff you rail against is legitimised by virtue of the fact that the majority of us go along with it, in this 'democratic' society.

Only when a majority want something different can you genuinely say it's wrong and needs to be changed.

You have to get The Masses on your side before anything you say carries any real weight.

  33. Of course Ian I know you are aware...but for the unenlightened ther will be Govt trolls and assorted fuckwits coming on yo the blog in an attempt to invalidate you....politicians do it and put others up to it....and heres the thing if they merely disagreed they would not read the blog, saying No it's a fools blog, shan't waste my time...but as we know when the truth hurts....reactions follow..personally I am not a football fan,to me they are overpaid prima donna's..hence I never watch it...I don't avidly read football blogs and urge them to cease...it's too mad for words.

    ReplyDelete
  34. I'm no robot. I just happen to agree with the masses who recognise that we need some rules so that we all get along with fewer problems. A lawless free-for-all would be chaos.

On other matters I'm right behind you, and I'm certainly no troll or cover-up supporter!

    ReplyDelete
  35. That statement is why the government nanny you, you are a child, an incompetent in their eyes, and you cannot think for yourself.

Being free creates more onus on the man or woman to be responsible, and the purpose of self discipline is to live more fully, not less!!!

    ReplyDelete
  36. I'm happy with my own behaviour, it's some of the other morons out there I'm worried about. If our society's rules stop them being selfish and dangerous dicks then that's fine by me (and most of us, I suspect).

    :)

    ReplyDelete
  37. Anon, this isn't about abandoning the proper rule of law, the law of the land. This is about all those bullshit statutes, enactments, bylaws that encroach on our inalienable rights on a daily basis.

Being fined or imprisoned for going about our lawful business is not in anyone's best interests apart from the Oligarchy's.

I have no problem at all in obeying the law of the land, and neither should anyone else have a problem with it, my gripe is simply the rest of the unlawful crap they heap on us, and unlawfully at that....

    ReplyDelete
  38. The People are free to elect politicians who would change such things, but they don't.

Therefore, the masses are happy with things as they are.

Surely you must recognise that society hangs together by common agreement, and if that's what the majority wants, then you just have to go along with it and pick better battles to fight?
