"States Of Jersey Think Growing Cannabis Is Illegal?"

Cannabis factory in a flat lands user in jail

Cannabis factory in a flat lands user in jail

A DRUG user has been jailed for 15 months after transforming his flat into a professional cannabis factory.

Benjamin Read turned the property in Grouville into a ‘sophisticated and clinically operated’ cannabis farm complete with a state-of-the-art lighting and heating system.

And Read took the operation so seriously that he spent more than £3,000 on equipment, researched cannabis production in books and on the Internet, grew 20 different types of the plant, carefully labelled each one and used only organic plant feed.

He later told police officers: ‘Organic soil, organic nutrients, organic vitamins and minerals. It’s all as good as you could possibly grow.’

Read, who had no previous convictions, pleaded guilty to producing cannabis, possessing utensils to commit drugs offences, possessing herbal cannabis with intent to supply, supplying herbal cannabis to his partner and possessing a small amount of ecstasy found at the property.

"Another ACT Of Pure Inhumanity"
Benjamin Read was growing his own Cannabis! SO WHAT?

It is every man and woman's God Given Right to use the plants of the Earth however they deem fit. My God, the States of Jersey are by far the worst criminals that have ever walked this island.
Only the States of Jersey could make God weep!!!

ALL LAW
comes from the Bible, and God states in his last will & testament, the following....

Read your KJV Bible

GENESIS 1
The Beginning

26And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
29And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
30And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.
31 God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day.

So, there we have it,
straight from the ultimate judge of Law himself.

29And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

Yep, its ours, all of it,
it was bequeathed to us by our creator and yet
"The States Of Jersey Inc" have a problem with that!!!

The truth of course, is very different when you understand the real reason why the
"New World Order"
don't like men growing Cannabis.

Please see the Video on the link below and enlighten yourselves :)

  2. Sorry anon, hadn't quite finished the post when you left the comment, Pc froze, but take a look at the video link and see why our shitty corrupt government hate us having any association with Cannabis.

    And yeah, some....always goes missing!

  3. Eight plants a cannabis factory - don't think so!!!
Usual JEP sensationalizing bullshit with no opportunity to comment as they know all the comments would be anti-establishment. Did you know the police do their OWN in house valuation and no-one in the establishment thinks this is wrong, says a lot doesn't it. What we need is a eu/uk demo held here in the royal square. Have heard through the grapevine that six other plants showed no trance of cannabis - could be because they were chilli pepper plants!!!

  4. "Eight plants a cannabis factory - don't think so!!!"

Keep it real anon. Read the article properly and see these words

"grew 20 different types of the plant"

Logically that suggests at the very least 20 different plants, no?

    ReplyDelete
  5. so what ,i hug trees and like to smoke weed ,
    MAN

    ReplyDelete
  6. Let's clear this up once and for all, there were only eight plants nearing maturity, there were twenty-two cuttings that had been planted up four days earlier of which six were chilli pepper plants!
hence my previous comment, whichever way you look at it, the sentence handed down was for one reason and one reason only - to send a message to all the other users' in Jersey that grow for their own use, believe me there are a lot !
Finally, how many people know that Guernsey have been growing for six years for the UK pharmaceutical industry and that says it all - it's all about how much these companies would lose if it was legalised, nothing else.

  7. Most Bible's were written on paper made from Hemp, the decloration of independence was written on hemp, many early plastics and resin's from hemp were used in the first Modle T ford.

The biggest dealer's are the CIA "The demon weed" was said to be banned becuase of two rich america's owned lumbar mills and wanted future products to be made of paper and not hemp.

Long term use is a carcinogenic respiratory nightmare waiting to happen, the same as tobacco.

  8. He was acting out of compassion for his partner who suffers with some serious medical conditions.

If as adults we are criminalised for self medicating with a non toxic natural plant rather than be prescribed strong opiates I think that not only is this a breach of human rights but an awful reflection on todays politicians who would rather prosecute an innocent person than allow them to be legally prescribed cannabis, especially as it will probably turn out to be the most natural and effective medicine this world can offer

  9. "Long term use is a carcinogenic respiratory nightmare waiting to happen, the same as tobacco"

Believe it or not, trials are being done in both lung cancer and emphysema as well as cancerous tumers and many other wide ranging illnesses, used without tobacco there are no carcinogenic effects especially as many people use vaporisers or ingest it!

  10. Well, I hope Benjamin Read appeals all the way to Strasbourg, and he should. And I hope he does it without the alleged AID of one of Jersey's disgusting corrupt lawyers.

  11. Everyone in Jersey should get a bag of seeds and sprinkle them everywhere, hedgerows, woods, open commons, back gardens, anywhere and everywhere.

  13. 15months for a victimless non violent crime, the law and judges wanna drag themselfs out the darkages

    ReplyDelete
  14. Anon

If there is NO victim, there can be NO crime!
If there is NO contract, there can be NO crime!

    Its as simple as that.

This is just statutory bullshit that men and women MUST start waking up to, and learn to defend themselves against such duplicitous peregrinations of the real common law, the Law of the Land....

    ReplyDelete
  15. Ian - now that could be interesting . . . . .

    ReplyDelete
  16. statute law is governed by the consent of the public, therefore no Judge can put no man or woman in jail without the consent of those who employ the judges, The General Public.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Thats about the size of it anon, but one MUST be able to defend themselves in court!

Myself and "the squirrel" are now starting to convene our own "courts of inherent durisdiction" whilst dealing with the States of Jersey's mockery of justice.

We are preparing to convene the very first Court De Jure in hundreds of years!!! :)

    ReplyDelete
  18. A common law crime is also a statutory crime but a statutory crime is not necessarily a common law crime. Therefore a common law court takes precedence over a de facto court. Why are we bothering with combat on their territory when we can attain superior justice on ours?

How do we attain proper recognition of this court?

For the un-initiated, a de facto court (statutory) is a legal fiction, a convenience and we all know how inconvenient convenience can be at times. A court de jure is a common law court composed of 12+1 people: 12 jurors and 1 spokes-human/administrator/adjudicator who is there to keep the order of the court. The real decisions are made by the jurors who should all be peers. Traditionally, these peers would all know the participants and so could make rulings based not only upon law but also upon compassion with respect to the experience and character of those being judged. Rulings can only be made on crimes that have occurred, not on crimes that "might" occur as is the case with de facto law.

    ReplyDelete
  19. The people in power on Jersey should be ashamed of themselves for sending someone to prison for such a minor "crime".

You've messed up someones future for the sake of a few plants. Absolute nonsense.

P.S. The £75.000 figure way over the mark for what he had.

    ReplyDelete
  20. No victim = no crime, end of.

  21. good old jep

  23. Anon must have been smoking to much and fried their brains. They seem to know a lot of the details, don't they? Or maybe they're just making stuff up.

"Let's clear this up once and for all, there were only eight plants nearing maturity, there were twenty-two cuttings that had been planted up four days earlier of which six were chilli pepper plants!"

    22 - 6 chillis = 16 cuttings plus 8 plants = 24

They had eight mature plants and the next batch was going to be 16 - pretty rapid expansion, no? Wikipedia is a bit vague but these plants can be big - up to 10 ft tall. 16 of those is surely much more than needed for personal use.

    Anon also wrote

"Finally, how many people know that Guernsey have been growing for six years for the UK pharmaceutical industry and that says it all"

So what. That suggests you have a paranoid way of thinking. G W Pharmaceutical's cannabis based Sativex is used for the relief of spasm in Multiple Sclerosis. You appear to think that commercial cultivation for genuine medicinal reasons is a suspicious thing?

    ReplyDelete
  24. Firstly, maybe anon WAS there (a disgruntled police officer), or is an associate of Benjamin! Ever think of that one Damocles?

Secondly, the poster said that there were 8 plants near maturity, and 22 cuttings, 6 OF WHICH were chillies.

The JEP said there were 20 different types according to your earlier posting!!! And Damocles takes the word of the JEP over someone (planted 4 days earlier) who is obviously in the know on this case???

Thirdly, by the following equation you gave, 22 - 6 chillis = 16 cuttings plus 8 plants = 24, why could you not just come to the simple conclusion that there were 24 plants? AND WHO said any different anyhow?

Fourthly, what the fuck has it got to do with Damocles whether they were for personal use or not? And who said the genus was being used to get stoned?

Fifthly, all indication from comments on this posting show that Benjamin's missus was not well , and that the said genus was being used for the treatment of ailments!!!

Sixthly, clearly, Damocles is more concerned than our poster as to the activities on Guernsey, otherwise damocles would not be having a hissy-fit over the point. He is therefore happy that the Oligarchy are earning a wedge out of Cannabis production, but no-one else is allowed, even to cure their sick or cancerous friends, or loved ones!!!

    FINALLY:

Damocles, and I have never used this word before on my blog, you are a pathetic bitching whining CUNT. You are probably Rob Kent, if not, you sure as hell must be a close relative. You will never post on this blog again under the name of Damocles, if you change it to DUMBocles, you might be in with some small consideration! Until then, take your petty-minded trivial shyte elsewhere.

    LATER DICKHOLE :)

You sound like a fucking druggy to me and that makes a lot of sense from all this pittiful wining. Give it time and they can add it to your GBH and burglary record. Such a model citizen you are.

  26. Stuart's Titties is usually spelt "damocles" or "jon" - sometimes even "adrian" possibly even "King Birt"

    "Druggy?" Me?

Even our corrupted stupid police force would never try to stitch me up for drugs as they know full well that I despise drugs, and all of the consequences associated with drugs!

Pittiful is spelt "pitiful" or "Oligarchy"

wining is spelt "whining" or "Emma Martins"

    "GBH?"
I have never ever been charged with "Grievous Bodily Harm" in my entire existence, let alone been accused of it.

    "Burglary?"
I have never ever been charged with "Burglary" in my entire existence, let alone been accused of it.

  28. Damocles "smoking to much had fried their brains"

You are obviously mistaking fried brains for educated people, making intelligent decisions based on the information they have gathered, rather than ignorant people, spouting uninformed trite about a subject of which they know nothing!!

    ReplyDelete
  29. I also assume from the fried brains comment that you think all the anon comments are one person. Oh no they're not!!

    ReplyDelete
  30. I like the word trite, means "Worn out through repetition" :) Nice one anon....

  31. Well it makes me so angry when people feel they can just get on their high horse where cannabis is concerned because it's called a DRUG, it IS NOT a drug and with all of the eminent professors, consultants, dr's around the world telling us this is an amazing medication working on a huge amount of ailments with no toxins so therefore no side effects, I find crass and stupid comments offensive

    ReplyDelete
  32. Couldn't agree more anon, especially after the amount of fabulous friends I have burried as a result of cancer, not to mention the five children of revered friends.

SO, if you have never been here before....

  37. Guess Dim Tim Le Cock could be next on the hit list. That would leave NO ONE within Jersey's Judiciary or police force who are not conflicted in any case of mine!

  41. Is it illegal to own the seeds too? Always wondered that, would be funny to plant them all over.

I love the old story about someone planting some in flowerbeds outside a cop shop somewhere, which grew quite well and they didn't realise :)

    ReplyDelete
  42. there are a few cops who secretly like a blow

    ReplyDelete
  43. Yes, like I have said before, if Mike Bowron tested every cop over a two month period, and acted on the findings, there would be very few left!

    ReplyDelete
  44. Well, without naming names you've libelled most of the Force now. Would they be so dumb as to carry on this alleged behaviour if regular testing was brought in?

    ReplyDelete
  45. I personally know of at least 1 Copper and 1 Customs Officer who take recreational substances. And like Ian says, that's probably the tip of the iceberg...

Very disappointed in the JEP article and how it brushed aside the Medicinal argument. Medicinal pot is now legal in many of the US States and other countries are quickly following suit. Only the other week 2 medicinal users were acquitted in France in landmark cases. Unfortunately Jersey and UK are still in the dark ages when it comes to this.

Will be writing a letter to the JEP about the Medicinal Laws around the World, lets see if they have the balls to print it?

Had chatted to Ben online about his case and he seems like a great guy, who does not deserve to be anywhere near La Moye Prison. Best wishes to him and his missus...

    ReplyDelete
  46. In reply to Anon Jan 9th 10:24AM, Cannabis seeds are perfectly legal in Jersey.

Even a bag of Hemp seeds would do the job as they look identical to normal Cannabis plants, although i think it is illegal to plant even Hemp with no THC?

  47. Nice one anon, please keep me informed :)
