August now and he is getting really frustrated.  Here we have him threatening, in a manner at least he thinks is clever, to burn house and car.

  1. What your overseas readers should note about the attitude and conduct of Boschat is that there is nothing at all remarkable about it, in the context of the Jersey oligarchy. Oh sure, he's illiterate and crass - but the utter sense of entitlement - of invulnerability - of deranged offense and fear when anyone objects to corruption - of ignorant culture-shock and arrogance when civilised standards obstruct "The Jersey Way" - is an entirely accurate reflection of Jersey's feudal 'system'.

Boschat may be just a thick thug - but as a vassal of the local elites - he will have been quietly cheered on, and encouraged from behind the scenes. After all, Lenny was trying to clean-up corruption, and that's the very last thing the Jersey oligarchs wanted. The Likes of Boschat are the infantry - their foot-soldiers.

One need only consider that Boschat was let-off - got away with charges dropped - right after Lenny's retirement.

Let off by magistrate Bridget Shaw - former police prosecutor - and friend of some of the cops who had been corruptly taking the bribes from Boschat.

    The Jersey feudal oligarchy.

    Don't ya just love it.

    (That's a rhetorical question.)

  3. Bocshit...erm sorry should have been..... well whatever lol In anyway, does this poor mans family not know that they can have him treated for free!! yes for free, no joke!

The SOJ mental health authority will pay for the treatment of anyone who poses a threat to either themselves or society at large, have a look at thier leeflet, even that's free!

If you are reading this Mr bocshit erm or whatever! I appologise for not remembering your name.....although I should shouldn't I?

After all, there can't be to many shits in Jersey who would publicly acknowledge that they are one!

Other then those in the SoJ government that is!

  5. Stuart is absolutely right. boschat is typical of the backward mindset held by Jersey establishment cronies. We need a complete overhaul of the whole system of power. A good starting point ? Get rid of the honarary police. Get rid of them and you also get rid of imbecilic village idiots like Boschat. These people are dangerous and should not be left alone with matches.

  7. Stuart

We totally agree with your point. The fact that Borchat felt perfectly safe making these statements and threats is yet another in a long line of examples of what we see as feudalism. Oligarchy, yes, but a Feudal State, even more so!

We call this the pro-democracy forces vs the corrupt feudalists.

  8. I'm surprised he has not offered Jon Howarth a job. They would make a perfect partnership.

  10. Because, when you've got a popular thread with 20+ comments, it's a lot easier to come back the next day and see if there's anything new, when you've got a date in there to go by. If it's just times then you have to read each comment to see if you've read it before!

Would it hurt? What's the problem?

  11. You get posted the new comments to your inbox! How could you not know if there is a new comment or not?

  12. YOU get new comments somewhere, WE don't!
Why are we arguing about some simple change to bring your blog into line with most others, that would take you seconds to do, with no negative impact?!

  13. PLEASE add the date to comments!

I don’t think the person is thinking of how you know, more a case of people who are reading and following the threads may like to catalogue their files they save and dates are relevant to most cases and blog postings.

  15. Another reader thanks you for adding the date to reader comments. Once a blog becomes well read and heavily commented the dates are important to its organization.

  17. Hey guys, we will never smash the tyranny of oppression if we start arguing about minutia such as, dates on blogs. Please focus on the point. Ian, your work is invaluable, keep it up. Without you bloggers we have no reliable and honest media outlet, no point of focus. Together we stand, divided we fall !
