"Common Law - Admiralty Law - And Your Straw Man" Part 14

"Cyril 'The Squirrel' gets a Parking Ticket!!!"

Before we start this posting, we would like the reader to know, and acknowledge, that anything in this posting is "NOT" Legal Advice, and should "NOT" be perceived as such. Everything written here is merely our own theory.
Please also note, that anyone using these tactics or copying what we have done here, "MUST" know how to defend themselves properly in a courtroom. Lawyer's and Judges have a wealth of knowledge and trickery to get you to consent to their codes of practice, thereby rendering you liable to their penalties after you have been coaxed into giving up your "Inalienable Rights".
"Common Law is the greatest protection anyone has against tyrannical Government and injustice. The States of Jersey have trampled the Law of the land into the dirt."

So, Myself, "fast" Eddie and Cyril "the squirrel" have had some non-parking ticket, parking infraction, voluntary payment, parking ticket, tick-ets to deal with. Eddie got three, Cyril got two, and I got one.

Eddie went to the parish hall for his on two occasions. Whilst at the parish hall Eddie never even got into the room to speak to the Centenniers. Eddie stating that he would only enter the room if he "could reserve his entire body of inalienable rights" in doing so! On both occasions the respective Centenniers refused him his inalienable rights and demanded he entered the room, Eddie refused, he has been served a purported summons for each.

Mine and Eddies tickets, we will visit at a later date.
In this instalment we will be revisiting one of our earlier posts in which we discovered that the Law Officers had rewritten one of the parking Laws (statutes).

As we had rumbled their little game they had changed their tickets from "A Bill of Exchange" to a "Securities Interest". This posting can be read at the link below.

In the above linked posting we explained the simple way to deal with a Securities Interest,
a very simple notice would surfice.
So, 'The Squirrel' acquired one of these Securities Interests
and puts our theory into action!!!

The results are below

"FIRST WE HAVE THIS"

"THEN WE HAVE THIS!"

If this does not prove what we have been saying

"NOTHING WILL"

"MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU" :)

  1. So Cyril Vibert was Syvret's dopey legal advisor then. Did a fine job and we hope he uses him again.

  2. I am sure Cyril will respond to your trite garbage shortly, but in the mean time, remember this, Jesse bloody Jackson wouldn't have been able to help Stuart with a totally corrupt judge like Bridget Shaw as skipper of the Citizen-ship!

Shaw acted utterly fraudulently and criminally on that day....

This would be the ideal place to post the transcript of Stuarts court appearance in front of Bridget Shaw, albeit the subject matter it was hilarious.
