It is a tradition dating back a quarter of a Century, and this year the Jersey Sea Cadets will once again be pulling their field gun around every parish in the island to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

The 36-mile pull will take place on 11 September, but the preparations start now.

Organiser Lieutenant Andre Bonjour said: "We've been doing it for nearly 25 years and it's part of the units commitment to the community of Jersey and giving something back to the island.

"We get a tremendous amount of support for the unit, the cadets and the activities that we undertake, and this is the chance for the young people that we have got to give something back and raise money for worthwhile causes."

The cadets start the walk at 9am and are not expected to finish until well into the evening and take shifts in pulling the gun.

THE collapse of a deal to move the police station to Green Street will cost the taxpayer up to £8 million, the Home Affairs Minister said yesterday.
In evidence to a States Scrutiny panel, Senator Le Marquand laid blame for the fiasco squarely at the door of Treasury Minister Philip Ozouf, his department and deputy States chief executive John Richardson.
The Home Affairs Minister revealed that the Treasury had delayed the signing of the deal to buy the Lime Grove building to try to save £200,000, but that this was likely to end up costing the taxpayer up to 40 times that figure.
Senator Le Marquand said that the deal to move the police station to Green Street was almost sealed when the Treasury department stepped in and effectively killed it through delays and attempted renegotiations.

Money leaving Switzerland ‘will not be heading to Jersey’

UK residents who decide to move their money out of Switzerland to avoid paying tax will not be choosing Jersey as their new location, so says the head of the body that promotes the Island’s finance industry.

Details were published this week of a deal where the UK is expected to receive about £5 billion in taxes from non-disclosed bank accounts.

The Swiss have managed to retain the right to banking secrecy. However, clients will now be subject to tax but will not have to disclose their identity to the UK authorities.

Those With Swiss bank accounts who do not want to comply with the tax arrangements will have to move their money out of Switzerland.

But the account holders will not be heading this way, says Jersey Finance chief executive Geoff Cook as Jersey’s laws are unlikely to be attractive to such people.

Syvret's Crimes:
1/ Naming a suspected serial murderer for the protection of his electorate.
2/ Forgetting to renew a driving license he already lawfully holds, yet is not obliged to renew.
3/ Forgetting to change the address on his vehicle registry form, yet is not obliged to.

Too "Cover-up TV" and our utterly bent Jersey Government, this list of failures is nothing short of disgraceful and warrants persecution and imprisonment.

To any normal decent honourable right-minded human being, a C.V of this calibre would be a treasure to it's owner, and a proud record of a working life spent in the service of others.

"Service To Remember Liga Verse"

A special service has been held in Guernsey's Town Church to remember the life of Liga Verse.

The 24 year old Latvian was found dead in her flat in the Bordage on Saturday 20th August. Guernsey Police are still investigating her death, which they are treating as suspicious.

The Town Church cancelled their usual Sunday evening service to hold a special ceremony in both English and Latvian.

The service was to celebrate the life of Liga Verse and to express sympathy with her family.

Liga's family have been in the island but returned to Latvia on the day of the church service, which they said they were sorry to miss. They have decided to have her body cremated in Guernsey, and will then repatriate her ashes.

A collection was held at the end of the service which will go towards helping with her family's costs.

The service was held by the Associate Priest at the Town Church, Father John Luff. He said, "We've had many people thanking us as they've been leaving the church this evening and I hope that they will take something away with them from this service, something that they can hold on to. It is at times like this that although we live in a very secular world now, that the spiritual dimension comes to the fore - and people do realise that there's more to life."

The service was organised by Lilita Kruze, President of the Guernsey Latvian Association. She explained the community's reasons for wanting the memorial service, "We wanted to keep Liga in our memories and to celebrate Liga's life. Being foreigners this island sometimes is not easy and to remember everybody there is very important."

During Father Luff's address the congregation was told not to judge Liga's life by the way it ended - how that happened is something they still don't know, but it is hoped the service will help while they wait for answers.

There are concerns that the number of events being held in Jersey's People's Park is not giving the grass enough time to grow back.

Denise Shrives from the Friends of People's Park has written to the St Helier Constable to complain.
The park recently hosted the annual Battle of Flowers Funfair and the Portuguese Food Fair.
The constable said he had been assured by the parks & gardens team that the grass could "take it".
He said he had offered to meet members of Friends of People's Park after the summer events.
The organisation previously complained about the level of noise caused by the funfair.
The fair returned to the park in 2010 after rules to limit the amount of noise were agreed.

"Damian Rzeszowski - Charged With Six Murders"

Damian Rzeszowski, the man accused of stabbing to death six people including his wife and two children, has been charged with their murders.

A special sitting of the Royal Court was held this afternoon to charge the 30-year-old with his wife Izabela's murder, as well as their children Kinga, 5, and Kacper, 2.

Izabela’s father Marek Garstka (56) was also killed, as well as Izabela's friend Marta Dominika De La Haye, (nee Klonowska), aged 34, and her five-year-old daughter Julia Frances De La Haye.

He reserved his plea on all six counts.

The six people Damian Rzeszowski is charged with killing.

The murders happened almost two weeks ago at the family's home in Victoria Crescent, St Helier.

Damian Rzeszowski had been under police guard in hospital since the killing. He had needed emergency surgery following the incident on Sunday 14 August.

On Wednesday he was declared well enough for discharge from hospital and, consequently, transferred to police detention.

The case has now been adjourned until October 28th to gather further evidence.

The accused has been remanded in custody.

Man charged over death crash

A 36-year-old man has been in court charged with death by dangerous driving after a crash which killed a 27-year-old earlier this year.

Niall Linden, from Midvale Road, St Helier, was driving his Lotus Elise when it crashed on St Clement's Coast Road in February.

A post mortem showed that 27-year-old passenger Dita Paverniece died from a severe head injury.

"A Friends Request - The Doctoring Of Trial Tapes"

I bumped into an acquaintance today, he had read my posting last night and had asked if I was serious about my trial tapes being doctored? My response was, watch this space, and so, here we are.

Of course, I cannot prove that my trial tapes were doctored, or anything else for that matter, not without forensic evidence, that is. Which is why I questioned the Attorney General Michael Birt when he stated that no evidence of wrongdoing had been found.

It was only later that I found out that the three pieces of evidence that I was positive had been tampered with, were never even sent for forensic examination! Why would the Avon & Somerset Police embark on a corruption investigation and not forensically examine the three main pieces of evidence that the plaintiff knows to be tampered with? Or did they examine them? and I was subsequently lied to! This would explain the Jersey Judiciary & the Jersey Police refusing me a copy of the Avon & Somerset Police Report. It might also explain the raging flood that is yet to be officially confirmed!!!

I wrote to Jack Straw, who was then the Home Secretary, with my concerns. Not one single reply in a six month period! But then, that is not surprising when we learn that his son is a drug dealer, and his brother a sex pest, and possible paedophile! I then wrote to the Lord Chief Justice in London to see if he could help me. I was stonewalled at every turn, and so the fight began.

Please note the dates on the letters below, and on the facsimiles. Please also note when reading the fax from the transcribers that, what is supposed to happen is that the original trial tapes are bagged, tagged and sealed, then securely delivered to their destination.

In this case, the original tapes were the large spool tapes that you do not see anymore. What the transcribers received were C90 Cassettes???

"Man Released Uncharged In Lega Verse Case"

The 27-year-old man who was arrested over the weekend in connection with the suspicious death of Latvian woman Liga Verse has been released by police without charge.

Liga (24) was found dead in a flat in the Bordage in Guernsey at the weekend. She had lived in the island for a number of years.

Forensic officers have continued to scour the area for clues to the unexplained death.

A Home Office pathologist has travelled to Guernsey to carry out a post-mortem on the body.

Police say her body was found at 8.30pm on Saturday, and have appealed for information from the public. They want to hear from anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in that area between Thursday morning and Saturday evening.

Church service for mother

A church service has been arranged to remember 24-year-old Liga Verse who's body was found in a St Peter Port flat at the weekend.

Police investigating say its still not clear how the young Latvian mother died.

The service is being held at the Town Church, at 6.30pm Sunday evening.

Organisers say everyone is welcome, and they are also hoping to raise money to help pay for the repatriation of Liga's body.

St Helier Deputy Shona Pitman wants to freeze States members allowances.

From next year it has being suggested they get an extra £350, bringing their annual allowance up to £4,000.

Instead Deputy Pitman thinks members should make savings by sharing office space.

She is asking the States to investigate how this could be done.

Fourteen years ago, whilst wrongfully imprisoned for a crime I had not committed, I discovered that statements had been doctored by police, a tape recording had been doctored by police, and my trial tapes had been doctored By the Judicial Greffe of the Royal Court before being sent to the mainland for transcription.

Jersey's Bailiff, Michael Birt, then Attorney General, has always denied me access to the Avon & Somerset Police Report compiled about my case. I now have a legal aid Lawyer whom the Jersey Police are still refusing to furnish with a copy of the report, although they admitted that it is in their possession. My Lawyer has been trying for five or six months to gain access to the report, yet our totally corrupt authorities are even denying my Lawyer access to it. I took it upon myself last week, to ring the Avon & Somerset Police to enquire about obtaining a copy, as I had previously been told I could not have one. I was told that the Avon & Somerset Police no longer had the report. I was also inadvertently told that the Jersey Police have now had a "FLOOD"!!!

Ironically, I had previously warned my Advocate of the severe risk of sudden flooding, or fires, at the police station!!! Or, that the report would be rewritten. Oh how I chuckled over the telephone that day!!!

Dear Deputy Hilton

Thank you for your letter of 3^rd August 2011. As you are aware I made complaints of criminality to Chief Officer Bowron, in my view it is he who should be dealing with matters. I cannot make complaints to the Bailiff as he is wholly conflicted in relation to another case of mine, and it is not for me to determine who investigates my complaints.

I understand that you are only to deal with my complaint against Barry Taylor, what of my complaints against the four officers who beat me and subsequently perjured themselves at my trial? Have these been abandoned by the police?

My complaints against David Warcup, William Bailhache and Ian Le Marquand were made nearly two years ago, what of those? Apart from Le Marquand whitewashing my complaint against Warcup, I have heard nothing!

I think it is quite clear that I am being given the run-around, and that no one wants to look into these matters but preferring to pass the buck. What I now propose to do is to reissue my complaints to Mr Bowron, and in as simpler terms as possible to avoid any confusion of the issues.

If this rather ridiculous state of affairs cannot be addressed within Jersey, I will take it out of Jersey. The overt criminality of this Government and its law enforcement is beyond comprehension.

Dear Attorney General

Thank you for your letter dated the 16^th August 2011.

You state that “There is no such ability in Jersey law” when talking about myself taking forward a private criminal prosecution in Jersey against the four police officers who beat me needlessly, and then went on to perjure themselves at my trial.

The evidence for their crimes is clearly documented and was shown at trial, and appeal. I have enclosed a cd/dvd with all the relevant evidence pertaining to this case, and for your perusal.

The outstanding issues are these, that police officers pc A Du feu, wpc L Lang, pc S A Le Bas, and pc R McIntosh needlessly beat me then went on to make false statements and then perjure themselves at trial. Since these crimes, the four above named officers have escaped punishment due to matters being covered up by the trial judge I Le Marquand.

These matters were further covered up by D Warcup, I Le Marquand, and W Bailhache after complaints were lodged. Finally, at appeal, these matters were again swept under the carpet by my appeal judges, Commissioner Francis Hamon, and Jurats Bullen and Morgan.

There have so far, been three police investigations into my complaints concerning this matter, yet no one in authority in Jersey is able to read the transcript or hear the audio of these crimes committed against me?

After the third investigation by ex policemen from the UK, DCO Barry Taylor stated there was no new evidence, yet refuses to hand over a copy of the two ex policemen’s investigation report?

I know there was no new evidence, my complaint was that the available evidence was simply ignored by all of the Jersey Authorities who were party to this case.

I Le Marquand, as Home Affairs Minister, covered up my complaints against D Warcup, and I have heard nothing of my complaints against I Le Marquand and W Bailhache which were instigated nearly two years ago!

I complained to Chief Officer Bowron about these matters of criminality, and that DCO B Taylor had perverted the course of justice and was guilty of dereliction of duty, as was everyone else apart from the original four officers. Mr Bowron advised me that my complaints had been sent to the Home Affairs Department for “action as necessary”. In effect, Mr Bowron has sent my complaints to one of the leading criminals in this case, I Le Marquand.

In Law, there must always be a remedy, my remedy is being denied me, I ask you to act under your sworn oath of office and I charge you with providing the remedy due to me as a man with full inalienable rights on this land.

I look forward to a positive response from your good self at your earliest possible convenience.

It is my knowledge that you swore an oath of office as a policeman, I acknowledge that oath of office, and accept it.

Since my letter to you of the 26^th May 2011, nothing has changed or progressed with regard to my complaints therein. Having waited some ten weeks for Deputy J Hilton to address matters, I feel rather let down, and that the issues are being evaded.

Deputy Hilton now informs me that she is unable to deal with any of the complaints except perhaps, the complaint against DCO Barry Taylor. I find this rather extraordinary, and akin to asking someone who has never picked up a firearm before, to go out and win Bisley! I have enclosed the correspondence between myself and Deputy Hilton, and my letter to the A.G for your perusal.

My complaints, which being of a criminal nature, one would expect to be investigated by someone with at least some experience in crime detection, especially in light of the Government positions held by such criminals.

I am hereby reporting to you, my criminal complaints against the following people.

For grave and criminal assault, perverting the course of justice, conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, knowingly making a false statement, and perjury.

As matters stand, it appears that no one within the Jersey Justice System holds the merit of independence and impartiality that this case warrants. As a consequence, I would ask you that the UK Justice Secretary be notified of these matters and appoints an independent UK Police Force to investigate these criminal complaints.

In Law, there must always be a remedy, my remedy is being denied me, I ask you to act under your sworn oath of office and I charge you with providing the remedy due to me as a man with full inalienable rights on this land.

Woman found dead in St Peter Port named

The woman who was found dead in a flat in the Bordage in Guernsey at the weekend has been named.

24 year old Liga Verse was Latvian and had lived in the island for a number of years.

Today forensic officers have continued to scour the area for clues to the unexplained death.

A 27 year old man was arrested at the weekend, but is yet to be charged.

A Home Office pathologist has travelled to Guernsey to carry out a post-mortem on the body.

Her death is being treated as suspicious.

Police say her body was found at 8.30pm on Saturday in a flat at the Bordage, and they are appealing for information from the public.

They want to hear from anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in that area between Thursday morning and Saturday evening.

It is believed the victim may have eaten out at a local restaurant on Thursday evening. Guernsey Police are keen to establish where.

Second post-mortem to be carried out

A second post mortem will be carried out on the body of 24-year-old Liga Verse (pictured) as Guernsey Police continue the investigation into her death.
In a press conference this afternoon DI Phil Breban said it was still unclear how the Latvian died.
A 27-year-old man is still being held in custody in relation to the suspicious death, after the court granted the police a second extension to keep questioning him.
A team of officers are working on the case which police describe as a ‘suspicious and, as of yet, unexplained death’.

A MAN has been remanded in custody to protect the public after a stand-off with armed police just a day after being sentenced for similar offences.

Shawn Le Lay (40) appeared in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday and admitted assaulting a neighbour at his home in Grande Route des Sablons, Grouville, on Friday and possessing a knife as an offensive weapon on Longbeach on the same date.
The offences, for which he will be sentenced in two weeks’ time, put him in breach of a nine-month probation order handed down by the same court on Thursday.
On that occasion he had admitted making menacing calls to the police on 12 July, during which he threatened to ‘rip people’s heads off’, and possessing an imitation firearm with intent to resist arrest on 13 July.

Police relocation plans scuppered

Jersey Police's plans to move their headquarters from Rouge Bouillon to Lime Grove House on Green Street have been scuppered.

Although Jersey Police thought they were in the final stages of negotiations, the vendor made a decision to enter into a long term lease arrangement with a private sector client from the financial services industry instead. The deal went through the Royal Court on Friday.

The company in question, Colomberie Services, has leased the property for a period of 21 years, at a rate of £858,204 per year.

The Police had been in negotiations with the vendor for some time when the deal fell through.

Treasury Minister Philip Ozouf said: “We were disappointed to learn of this development. In negotiations of this kind there is always the possibility that vendors will complete transactions with another third party. It is also difficult for the States of Jersey since it cannot and should not compete with the international financial services sector in property matters.

“Discussions for the relocation of the States of Jersey Police have been ongoing for a significant period of time, for various reasons. This latest development is regrettable and disappointing. I have already been in communication with the Minister for Home Affairs and the Chief of Police, to tell them that I will do everything that I can to fast track a solution which will secure new police accommodation as quickly as possible while delivering the efficiency savings that have been identified.

“I am extremely grateful for the hard work of our staff throughout this challenging project and I would like to thank all those involved.”

Marek Garstki was 55 years old.

Jersey Police have released a photograph of Marek Garstki, Izabella Rzeszowski's father, who was one of the six killed in last Sunday's knife attack. He was 55 years old.


Meanwhile Jersey Police have confirmed that the bodies of the dead will not be released for repatriation or burial until the suspect, Damian Rzeszowski, has been questioned by police.

If it is determined that he has a defence case, separate defence post mortems may have to be carried out.

Damian is understood to be conscious but not yet fit enough for questioning.

Police have nearly completed their house to house enquiries in the area and have taken more than 100 statements.

The last two victims were formally identified on Saturday, and Jersey Police confirmed the bodies were those of Marta De La Haye, formerly Klonowska, and her daughter Julia.

Hinds was jailed by the Royal Court

A FATHER of three returned to a bar and attacked a man with a baseball bat who had earlier asked him to tone down his language.
The victim was struck with such force that he was left in a pool of blood on the floor.
Ronald Carl Brinne Hinds (51) was jailed for 18 months by the Royal Court on Friday following the unprovoked attack.
He hit the man in the stomach causing him to drop to his knees before delivering a blow to the back of his head, the court heard.

Below is a short video by John Anderson explaining about your straw man, your birth and your "Port-Pass", or "Passport" as you would call it. He also explains the connection with your straw man and Admiralty Law & the Sea.

Below is the deconstruction of a Government document that was issued to me by the Parish of St Saviour. It is addressed to my legal fiction/straw man, Mr I L EVANS. The Document is first up, so left click on it to read it. This is followed by my letter to Mr Hanning seeking some information on the document, to which he readily ignored me. Thirdly is the deconstructing of the document from a Common Law perspective, and what this document really says and means.

The document below is nothing more than a contract, a legal Government commerce contract designed to get you to submit to their Laws & Authority voluntarily.

Below is the list of questions I asked Mr Hanning, as I did not understand this document.

Dear Mr PFM Hanning

Thank you for the electoral register form you sent to me (which is enclosed as an attachment) in order that I may vote at the forthcoming elections.

Having read this form, I have some questions regarding it's contents, if you would be kind enough to answer ALL of these questions FULLY, I would be most grateful. My questions are as follows:

1/ In the shaded box in the top right hand corner it says "Every person who is entitled to have his/her name included on the Electoral Register has a duty to apply for registration." Would you please explain to me the exact meaning of "person" and the exact meaning of "has a duty to apply for registration".

2/ On the boxed section of the form it says "EVANS Mr Ian Leslie". Is there any particular or significant reason why it says this? and why it is that the printed words are in such order?

3/ The form also requires me to "complete using black ink and CAPITAL LETTERS". Why would this be? and for what purpose?

4/ I see that some of the words and phrases are either in brackets, or inverted comma's, could you please explain to me the significance of this, if any?

5/ In the boxed section, I have noticed that all the boxes are closed. Is there any particular significance attached to this? and if so, what exactly is that significance? Are there any reasons why these boxes cannot be opened?

6/ In the boxed section it also states the word "Surname" I do not have a Surname, I have a family name. What should I therefore enter in this particular box?

7/ In the boxed section it also states the word "Forenames" I do not have Forenames, I have christian names. What should I therefore enter in this particular box?

8/ The most perplexing section of all though is the "DATE OF BIRTH" box, this really threw me! This being a Government form and (as far as I am aware) is legally required to be filled in truthfully and honestly. Furthermore, I also understand that I am liable to penalty/prosecution if I knowingly/willingly enter false information. I ask you Sir, how do I truly and honestly know when I was born? I was not able to count at my birth, I was not able to read at my birth, the only testament to my date of birth is the hearsay of others. This being wholly true, I am therefore unwittingly liable to penalty/prosecution through no fault of my own!!!

I would be grateful Sir, for your full, accurate, and complete answers to my valid questions at your earliest convenience. It appears we have little time before I am possibly cheated out of my God given common law right to vote.

The Deconstruction - Of The Letter

Point 1 a - What is a person?

A person is a legal fiction/entity/straw man created at your birth, and by way of a birth certificate, which becomes Governments chattel property.

Point 1 b - What is a Duty to Apply for Registration?

The word DUTY (Blacks Law Dictionary) means "A human action which is exactly conformable to Laws which require us to obey them". DUTY is sometimes synonymous with MUST, MAY. The word DUTY creates the inference that you are OBLIGED, you are never OBLIGED to do anything.

‘Submit’ means ‘to agree to bend to another’s will or to ‘leave to another’s discretion’. An agreement is a contract and must be entered into voluntarily.  If you are leaving something to someone else’s discretion, it must have been yours to begin with, right? Again it is voluntary in nature. You can never be lawfully compelled to submit.

However, as Government cannot demand anything from us as men or women, the word "DUTY" is only an offer, nothing more. It is simply an offer for you to accept!

Point 1 c - What does APPLY mean? To "APPLY/APPLICATION" literally means "TO BEG".

‘Application’ legally means ‘to beg, plead, petition, implore, entreat or request’ The assumption this creates in court is fivefold; 1) he who begs knows exactly what he is begging for, 2) he knows exactly what he is giving up for it, 3) he is acknowledging the authority to grant OR 4) he is creating it through transference, and 5) he is doing it all voluntarily.

Point 1 d - What does "REGISTRATION" mean?

‘Registration’ was historically the act of a Ship’s Captain signing over his ship and all chattel contents over to the harbour master for safekeeping. Chattel contents included the condemned, those in debt, prisoners, anything that could be bought or sold and slaves.

‘Must’ is likely their trickiest word by far. You will find it used with ‘application’, ‘submission’ and ‘registration’ extensively.  They try to use it to make you think you have an obligation to act; you do not, for under law, you are never obliged to beg.  If I tell you, “You must come to my party through the front door.” Does that create an obligation for you to come to my party? Or does it perhaps merely define conditions which have to be fulfilled in order for me to have authority over you?   If you look in Black’s Law dictionary, you find that ‘must’ is sometimes ‘synonymous with may’. When  you  take  charge  of  your  life,  there  is  no  longer  need  to  ask permission of other people or society at large. When you ask permission, you give someone veto power over your life.

Whenever you see the words Submission/Application/Registration you know you are giving away your inalienable rights and are entering into a contract. Much of the power Government has over you is a result of your actions, not theirs.

Point 2 - Why is my name written the way it is?

Every time you interact with someone who asks for your name, they are asking you to give them something, which to some is the most important thing in the world. Here’s the catch though. You have no duty or obligation to have a name! Plus, if they are interacting with you and they are a state agent, they are asking for your legal name, or the name of your ‘legal person’. What they do not have is any proof that you have an obligation to have one of those persons which they can legally act upon.   There is a way to understand whether they are acting on the person or human being. Look at the spelling of the name. Is it in all CAPITAL letters? Is the last name first and then the given names or given name and initial?  Then that is not you the human being, it is your legal person or ‘nom-de-guerre’. John-Adams: Doe is the correct way to refer to a human being.  It is pronounced

‘John Adam, of the Doe’s’ or ‘John Adam of the Doe Clan’.  DOE, JOHN ADAM is a legal entity and a fiction.

Point 3 - Why write my name in CAPITAL letters?

Look at the spelling of the name. If in block capitals and black ink, this is their formal way of addressing the legal fiction/straw man, and not you the man or woman.

Point 4 - Why are some of the words in brackets or inverted comma's?

When words or phrases are in brackets or inverted comma's, this actually means "these words" - "these printed words". These are the words they are referring to, it is designed to get you to concentrate on those words and so distract you from the real intention, or meaning.

Point 5 - Why are the boxes closed?

Look closely at just about any government form; you will see a series of boxes. Your name will be in one box, your DOB in another, all the information is compartmentalized as if they are all separate. Ever wonder why they would do that?   Try this little experiment. Take something, put it in a box and ask someone to tell you what’s in it without opening it. They will not be able to do it, will they? They can’t see inside the box if it is closed.  The same is true in court. Apparently, a Judge does not have to look at what is in a box and what is in it is not joined to that which is in other boxes on the same page.  There is no joinder between the two lawfully, and if you accept that there is, you must be entering their make believe world where things are joined even though they are separate.

You can open up those boxes and create joinder with some White Out liquid paper. Just ‘open the box’ by covering one line on one side of the box with the stuff and you have opened them up and created joinder. Ta-Da!

For some reason they do not like you opening their boxes too much.  They say things like ‘Please don’t deface the forms’. Tell them you are “Fixing it so they can be held fully commercially liable.”

Point 6 - Why do I have to write my Surname?

You do not have a surname, you have a family name, or clan name. The "Surname" is applicable only to your legal fiction/straw man and using that creates a lawful contract between you and Government.

Point 7 - Why do I have to write my Forenames?

You do not have forenames, you have Christian names. Again, The "Forenames" is applicable only to your legal fiction/straw man and using that creates a lawful contract between you and Government.

Point 8 - Why, and how, can I enter my date of birth?

You cannot lawfully enter you date of birth as you do "NOT" lawfully know when you were born!

You were not reading at your birth, you could not understand numbers at your birth, so how could you possibly know when you were born? YOU CAN'T!!! They usually state on their Government forms that you are liable to prosecution if you willingly give false information, how can you give truthful information when the only evidence of your birth is "Hearsay"? i.e The word of your parents or a nurse! Do they allow "Hearsay" evidence in their Admiralty Courts? NO!!!
