"John Hemming MP Succeeded Where I Failed - The E-Petition"

"THE E-PETITION IS FINALLY HERE"

The petition is to force parliament to look into Jersey Corruption, and the jailing of Stuart Syvret.

I have tried five times to get an E-Petition going via the "Number 10 E-Petition site" but had my petition rejected every time by the British Government!!!

My Effort Is Below

Petition to investigate the judiciary  in Jersey in accordance with John Hemming's Commons Motion of 3rd November 2011
Ministry of Justice

John believes that the public authorities of the island of Jersey do not operate in a manner compliant with the requirements of the ECHR, there being overt contaminations between the legislature, executive and judiciary; Notwithstanding the responsibility the Secretary of State for Justice has for good governance in Jersey, the island's authorities are permitted to repress opposition activists, and that the Secretary of State for Justice and Jersey's Lieutenant Governor have failed to act; The United Kingdom have committed this nation to securing real democratic freedoms and the rule of law in other jurisdictions, yet in Jersey, ordinary powerless people are oppressed by an entrenched oligarchy; and calls on the Secretary of State for Justice to appoint an independent Commission to investigate the conduct of Jersey's public administration and to urgently bring the protections of the ECHR to Her Majesty's subjects in the island.

EVERYONE TO SIGN :)

John Hemming's Address

2370

JERSEY AND THE IMPRISONMENT OF STUART SYVRET

3:11:11

John Hemming

* 1

That this House notes the imprisonment of Stuart Syvret; believes that the public authorities of the island of Jersey do not operate in a manner compliant with the requirements of the European Commission of Human Rights (ECHR), there being overt and significant overlaps and contaminations between the legislature, executive and judiciary; further notes that Her Majesty's subjects in Jersey are not protected by effective checks and balances, and that there has been the political repression of former Chief Police Officer, Graham Power and former Senator Stuart Syvret; further notes that, notwithstanding the responsibility the Secretary of State for Justice has for good governance and Convention Rights in Jersey, the island's authorities are permitted to repress opposition activists, and that the Secretary of State for Justice and Jersey's Lieutenant Governor have failed to act; further notes that successive governments of the United Kingdom have committed this nation to securing real democratic freedoms and the rule of law in other jurisdictions, yet in the British enclave of Jersey on the United Kingdom's very doorstep, ordinary powerless people are oppressed by an entrenched oligarchy; and calls on the Secretary of State for Justice to appoint an independent Commission similar to that which investigated corruption in the Turks and Caicos Islands, to investigate the conduct of Jersey's public administration and to urgently bring the protections of the ECHR to Her Majesty's subjects in the island.

If that is the best you can do, please do not post on my site again!!!

  2. Sorry "Jon's Ammonia Mattress" but your crap is not getting published.

AND you, are the embarrassment, so go ask Slyman Crowcroft why he hasn't published the link on his lame assed blog?

Coward Ass Jersey, you people are just stunning, and I include the Anti-Establishment contingent also, nothing but a rock covered in gutless sheep, not one comment pro posting....INCREDIBLE!!!

"The tapestry is mute-so are we, as long as we are held imobile by the tightly woven threads of fear...."

  3. Over 4 hours have passed since the above posting was posted.

This posting has had over 250 readers in that time.

There were 7 people signed up to the petition BEFORE posting.

Just 9 brave souls have (anonymously, or other) posted their support since, just 9 out of over 250 readers!

You deserve the New World Order to fuck you all over.

I'm out of here to join the OLIGARCHY, I refuse to waste my time in support of gutless imbeciles....

  4. WAIT! If you knew how many of your readers did not live in the UK, would that make a difference? I went to the site on your link and could not submit my email to the petition because I live in Canada.

  5. Ian, don't give up and don't give in. That would be giving them what they want. If what you are doing with this blog was easy, it would not be as important.

  6. Aliens are not permitted by virtue of their email address, just as jerseymail clients are not permitted also. A Jersey petition where Jersey sheeple are not permitted to contribute!!! Does anyone think the government has control over us???

Wakey wakey sheeple, and my gratitude to the Canadian participant, but it's over. Nearly 200 of readers tonight are from Jersey, only 3 votes from Jersey.

It's not the rest of the world that let the Jersey sheeple down, It's the Jersey sheeple themselves, they are just such pussies.

Rico Sorda, Voice For Children, Jill Gracia, Trevor Pitman, and that stalwart of anti-corruption Bob Hill, plus that utter fuckwit Rob Kent, all those who you would expect support from....not a friggin peep!!!

Mr or Mrs Canadian tonight, you have more courage and virtue than all Jersey's pussies put together, pathetic ain't it???

    AND so I bow

  7. Elle hun

I'm not giving in, I'm just not beating the fuck out of a dead horse anymore!!!

I know you understand that one....

    ReplyDelete
  8. In fact, Elle.

To reiterate, the only success anyone will ever have on this piss-pot rock, if they are against Jersey Corruption is to die fighting against it.

I have no fear of death, it comes to us all, ask Neil and Rico about how they would feel if their lives where "really" in danger?

The "Rag Rapist" was named at a scrutiny hearing not so long ago, Rico & Niel were there, he was called John Averty, top echelon of the JEP and Ex Butcher, the Averty Sausage!!!

Why has no-one, who was there that day, ever come out with the name of a potential serial rapist???

    One reason....GUTLESS

    ReplyDelete
  9. Fuck You, John Averty!!!

We will see you in jail you disgusting creep....

    ReplyDelete
  10. From now on, I don't want to hear from anyone on this blog who is not a 100% committed to the destruction of the disgusting Jersey Oligarchy.

If you haven't that committment, then don't post, later potential allies....

    We playing for keeps now!!!

  13. Ian.

Go to House Of Commons Early Day Motions 10th Nov.

You will see motions numbered from 2248 to 2422.

The only one missing from the list is Hemming's 2370.

You will also find that the average number of signatures on each one is about 25.

    Hemming's has 31 to date.

A lot more people will probably sign when it shows up as registered.

Anyway why is this one delayed?

    ReplyDelete
  14. I have also signed the petition, my name is Julie Daly-Wallman, see I am not afraid to say who I am, lets stand and be counted, an innocent man in prison with many others. Stuart is inside prison, we are all free, so we have the access he does not. Sign and be counted! this is our chance to do something for Stuart.

  15. Ian, it's completely unfair on your part to underestimate the fear that some locals have of their own government by ranting at them for being "sheeple".

It's very easy for some people to say "stand up and be counted, you have nothing fear" if you have nothing to fear.

If however you are starting from the perspective of fear, the change will not come overnight.

You need to accept that in Jersey, a place where people are naturally politically apathetic to the extreme, it takes a LOT of time for people to stand up and be counted. A LOT.

Don't blame them for that, blame the culture of fear and those responsible.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Do you have children at school? do you have an elderly relative in one of the residential care homes? Or perhaps your partner might be the only bread winner and works in local government . People are afraid of speaking out because it does have consequences.
Then there's the social standing people don't want to loose, just look at the way Labey and Crowcroft voted just recently. It goes back centuries and no one is going to change anything.

    ReplyDelete
  17. I know you've been rude to me but I don't want to see you go down with your comments about the "Rag Rapist".

Identifying the individual in a public forum must render you liable to some prosecution or other. Rather like the Nurse M case, the alleged offences must have been investigated and somebody somewhere decided one of a number of possibilities.

    1) There was not enough evidence to charge and convict.

    2) The alleged victims were not reliable or credible witnesses

    3) It was "not in the public interest" to make any charges.

Once they've made these decisions, they seem to believe they have defined the reality of what actually happened and they get awfully uppity when their egos are challenged by those who claim they haven't done a proper job.

Unfortunately, throughout the legal system, there are those who have too much confidence in their own judgement. People like Stuart would say that embarrassing stuff that would threaten the image of the establishment, or the Island (which some in power see as the same thing - L'etat, c'est moi) is covered up routinely. I'm not so sure.

If there is corruption of the way the law should work over here, I suspect it is because they too rigidly apply the "innocent until proven guilty" guideline and the "beyond all reasonable doubt" one and the "insufficient evidence to charge" one when the accused's alleged crimes could be embarrassing for them.

If the accused is just one of the hoi polloi, or is an actual thorn in their side, then I think they bend the legal guidelines the other way.

  18. Martin mate, think please, I wasn't picking on anyone who is Jersey, I was addressing everyone who lives in Jersey. This state of affairs is EVERYONES fault.

Anon, I know how many readers are from Jersey at any given time as we have a statistics tab on our blogs. The tab indicates where people are viewing from, how many, and when, it's that simple.

Julie Daly-Wallman, I am proud of you lady, and anyone else who comes forward to change their life for the better. It is so much more empowering when you put your name to your thoughts and feelings.

Anon above, I do blame everyone for the culture of fear, simply because WE LET IT HAPPEN, myself included. At least I am correcting my error. You should all start your due dilligence at common law, the feeling of freedom is immense, and amazing. You are all fabulous precious people, and deserve much better that the scraps from the Oligarchy table, if I can see that about YOU, how is it that you cannot see it about YOURSELVES?

"GET OFF YOUR KNEE'S" you have a choice!!!

Everything changes and everyone dies, so please don't tell me nothing will change....

  20. Damocles, I was rude to you because of the way you distorted (through words) the parking ticket issue, and on Stuarts blog and not mine, that was cheap.

As for this posting you have done, a fair and well reasoned argument and I appreciate your sentiments.

Truth be know, I couldn't give a rats ass if John Averty wants to sue me, it will at least give his victims their day in court :)

  21. Thank you anon for the comment sent to me that you don't want posting, it was bloody funny though :)

  22. Ian, you misquoted , the only things certain in life are death and taxes; seeing as you don't pay tax the only thing certain for you is death.

  23. Just before you reply to my post at 9.06 , wasn't meant as a threat .
One thing I like about you Ian you don't screen anything and you have an answer to all comments, albeit some very aggressive comebacks.

  24. I'm a Jersey person who signed the petition via John Heming's blog. I didn't get to see you're blog till after. As it happened, I used hotmail. I knew I had to do it. Its the right thing to do.
I think Julie is very brave. Like many I live with the Jersey fear factor too but I'm determind that I will break the chain. I'm also sure that one day, we will all live without fear in Jersey. If the Middle East can do it, so can we. We will have our 2nd Liberation Day and it will benefit the 85%. In the meantime, would it be possible to get this into facebook? Would Jersey students be prepared to sign it? I don't recall living with Jersey fear at their age. When we have politically open minded young people, we are in with a chance and hopefully they will switch a light on....oh yeah. Oh by the way, excellent work Ian.

  25. "Just before you reply to my post at 9.06 , wasn't meant as a threat."

It doesn't matter if it was meant as a threat, I don't do afraid!

AND NO, I don't pay tax anymore, I have no lawfully binding contract with the tax office, nor am I a part of their company.

@ "I'm a Jersey person who signed the petition via John Heming's blog."

Well done, and yes, the link is on facebook on my group wall....

    NO MORE IN JERSEY!!!

    ReplyDelete
  27. Let's all stop paying our taxes shall we.

    Yes anarchy why not!!!!

It's no wonder you and your buddy in La Moyre are not taken seriously anymore .
You've probably done more damage to the abuse victims cause than you've helped.
I guess by not paying your taxes when the victims finally get there compensation which is long over due in my opinion
You expect the tax payer to contribute

    ReplyDelete
  28. Dear all, may I ask that everyone feel they can sign the petition, even if it is a Jersey email address? I can't understand why this is the case but even if it is and even if Jersey emails get discounted, it gives everyone a chance to feel they have signed the petition. It's better to start trying, then not trying at all. At least people will see how many people in Jersey would like change, they only have to count the amount of Jersey email addresses, is this a fair point?

I feel so free having signed the petition, its very freeing! Julie Daly-Wallman x

  29. Dear Ian, does anyone know how face book works? I am not very technical but someone mentioned face book re: petition and schools - which is a great idea.... the more sites the more people will know and see the petition, we don't have the news or radio to do this for us, or do we? is it worth trying this? Just thinking...... we have a chance, a real chance of change! Julie Daly-Wallman

I am not paying tax to fund child abusers wages like Mario Lundy.

I am not paying tax to pay off child abuse cover up merchants golden handshakes like Ogley.

And I am certainly not paying tax to keep dick-heads like Pip Ozouf squandering every penny.

You mugs pay if you want :)

  31. So as you get elderly and infirm and will need the help of our hospitals or our care homes, I take it you will have made alternative arrangements as you couldn't possibly accept these services on principle having not contributed to society?

  32. You really are clueless as to what is going on aren't you!

You have no idea of the theft and corruption going on under your nose on an hourly basis have you.

That has got to be the biggest pile of ill informed crap I have read to date, you really are clueless aren't you. Your arrogance and lack of knowledge is utterly staggering.

Have you even the slightest idea of how much money the Government has made out of you?

Have you even the slightest idea of how much of "YOUR MONEY" the Government is withholding from you?

When you have researched the above, then come back and tell us about it, until then, zip it :)

And just like 41,000,000 "PERSONS" in America who have cottoned on that we are being "UNLAWFULLY" robbed blind and have stopped paying tax :)

Will you take there charity, having not contributed to the (fund)

  46. And furthermore, when we have a de jure court system and government in corrupt little Jersey, then, and only then, will I start paying tax again....

  47. Calm down Ian, I support you and other progressive bloggers in principle, but I just can't put my name to it. I have kids and a small-enough-as-it-is income to worry about. I vote at elections, but when it comes to revolutionary fight I'll only join in when it's well under way.

Yes, I deserve all I get I suppose, but I'm not sticking my head above the parapet while things are still bearable enough, and certainly not going to risk my kids.
