Senator Philip Ozouf could lose Treasury job
Senator Philip Ozouf could lose his post as Treasury Minister on Thursday when the Chief Minister proposes his new Council of Ministers.
The newly-elected Chief Minister, Ian Gorst, announced the names of States Members he would be proposing - and Senator Ozouf was not one of these.
Other States Members can still put Senator Ozouf forward for a Ministerial role, including to stay on in Treasury.
Because the vote for Chief Minister was open this year, this means that newly elected Ian Gorst will also be aware that Senator Ozouf voted for Sir Philip Bailhache for Chief Minister.
