"Common Law - Admiralty Law - And Your Straw Man" Part 7

"Parking Tick-et's - A Test Case"
part 3 - The End Game

Before we start this posting, we would like the reader to know, and acknowledge, that anything in this posting is "NOT" Legal Advice, and should "NOT" be perceived as such. Everything written here is merely our own theory.
Please also note, that anyone using these tactics or copying what we have done here, "MUST" know how to defend themselves properly in a courtroom. Lawyer's and Judges have a wealth of knowledge and trickery to get you to consent to their codes of practice, thereby rendering you liable to their penalties after you have been coaxed into giving up your "Inalienable Rights".

Parking Tick-et's THE END GAME

SO, today it was court day and the hearing for Paul's Parking Ticket.

We spent yesterday evening working on what is known as
"A MOTION TO DISMISS"
We knew the Jersey Authorities could not act on a flesh and blood human being, only on the legal fiction, the straw man, MR PAUL LE BOURGEOIS, the all capital legal person which they exploit at every opportunity.

Our motion to dismiss had to be on the grounds that the two were separate and that Paul did not give his consent to act as surety for the legal fiction.

With this in mind, we produced the following document that we attended court to file this morning.
Please enjoy our work :)

Paul:Le Bourgeois

Jersey

IN THE MAGISTRATES COURT

OF THE ISLAND OF JERSEY

Parish of St.Helier

Plaintiff

Case No:

Vs

MR.P LE BOURGEOIS

Defendant

MEMORANDUM IN SUPPORT OF MOTION TO DISMISS

FACTS

The Plaintiff, Parish of St. Helier is a body corporate and seeks in practice to charge people to park on publicly owned property.

and

Paul:Le Bourgeois is a living flesh and blood sentient man.

and

That the Parish of St. Helier does not and cannot have a lawful contract with Paul:Le Bourgeois upon which a claim can be made.

and

That MR P LE BOURGEOIS is a legal fiction without mind, soul, and physical body, and that Paul:Le Bourgeois does not consent to act as surety for
MR P LE BOURGEOIS.

ARGUMENT

The Plaintiff fails to state a claim upon which relief may be granted,

Plaintiff’s claim must be dismissed because the legal claims are without merit.

Plaintiff sustained no injuries or contractual breach.

In view of the above facts the Plaintiff has no standing

and

The Magistrates court has no in personam jurisdiction over Paul:Le Bourgeois and nor will Paul:Le Bourgeois grant in personam jurisdiction in this matter.

CONCLUSION

For the reasons stated above Paul:Le Bourgeois’s motion to dismiss should be granted.

Paul:Le Bourgeois

This 10th (tenth) day of October in the year 2011

Even filing this document at the Court House proved to be somewhat of a struggle. The Court clerk informed us that we could not file there?
Yet, she had just finished "FILING" another gentleman's papers in front of us?

Where in God's name do you file Court documents if not at the Court House??? In Jersey, apparently, you do it at the Town Hall???
And you file them with the prosecution.
"THE PROSECUTION"!!!

YEAH, RIGHT :)

We were just about to leave when a chap came up and took the document to read. His face was a picture as we watched him peruse our work! Half way through reading, he glanced up at the three of us, I wonder if he was checking if we had "egg on our faces?"

i think you are going to get egg on your face

He, after finishing reading our document, informed us that Paul Le Bourgeois's name had been taken off the Court Schedule for today's hearings. Smiling, I walked over to the other office and requested confirmation that Paul was not registered to attend today. This was confirmed by the man on duty who showed me the list with Paul's name on it, and that had been crossed out.

This gentleman also informed me that Paul's name had been removed last Thursday!

So....that was it....we had won!

Three Common Law men in a Common Law jurisdiction,
not afraid of the system, and armed only with common sense and an appetite for some long awaited justice.

My thanks to Cyril for his hard work and research in this matter.
Thanks also to our readers who's support has been appreciated.
Special thanks to Paul and his family for the courage and determination that they have shown in this small, but significant fight for justice.

A well earned victory. The sooner people start to realise that the power is held in the politicised court system and learn how to expose, and fight it, the better.

    Well done.

  2. Thank you VFC, and you are so right mate.

The only way to cripple this monster is through law and lawful rebellion.

I am led to believe that the parking ticket scam netted £23 Million last year!

  3. Lawful rebellion eh?
    Non violent eh?
    I am up for that!

  10. If you've discovered a loophole in legal matters, it won't be long before it's closed. Otherwise Law and Order will totally break down, and I'm not keen on that!

  11. Absolutely well done Ian :) What a chuckle at our Kangaroo court. Thanks for all your sleepless nights :) xx

  12. Tony Benn sees the truth -

"...the UK is only superficially governed by MPs and the voters who elect them. Parliamentary democracy is, in truth, little more than a means of securing a periodical change in the management team, which is then allowed to preside over a system that remains in essence intact. If the British people were ever to ask themselves what power they truly enjoyed under our political system they would be amazed to discover how little it is, and some new Chartist agitation might be born and might quickly gather momentum."

  13. Hi Ian,

I wasn't talking about ripping Joe Public off, merely that if you could get me off some big amount of money through your research and support, I'd be only too pleased to donate a portion of what I'd been saved, in the interest of honour and fair play, and gratitude.

After all, it's hard to make a crust these days, and it will get even harder.

Take care, p.s. word v. 'bilyvz'
    believers or what ?

SOME PEOPLE JUST DON'T LISTEN,DO THEY.

THIS IS NOT A LOOPHOLE - IT IS YOUR "GOD GIVEN INALIENABLE RIGHTS" BEING PRESENTED TO YOU FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YOUR LIFE.

ALL WE HAVE DONE HERE, CAN NEVER LAWFULLY BE TAKEN AWAY, IT IS ENSHRINED IN THE MAGNA CARTA, WE HAVE JUST EXPOSED THE SCAM AND COVER UP THAT ALL WORLD GOVERNMENTS CHEAT THEIR CITIZENS WITH!!!

I REPEAT....THIS IS NOT A LOOPHOLE....GO BACK TO THE END OF THE POSTING AND READ THE LAST QUOTE IN BLACK!!!

  20. I have followed your postings from the outset of this particular topic and I must say that I thought this was so far-fetched, it was ludicrous. I am beside myself with surprise to see this come to fruition, and to find out that you gentlemen were correct in your assumptions.

    Simply incredible.

  22. Fasinating Subject. Being following other is UK on YouTube doing something similar.

    Question:
If you've accepted a parking ticket in the past, does that mean you've accepted the Acts and Statutes for life

Or does each incident require your consent under common law?

    ReplyDelete
  23. In a word NO!!!

Each case is individual and as long as you have not given your name, date of birth or address, you have not given your consent.

We will be publishing the tricks and cons they use with words, very shortly.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Thanks Ian for the quick response to my Q.

This looks like a lot of fun. How about a video interview explain the basis of the case.

  25. Thank you for your inquiry anon, why don't you start where I did, with the Boss!

  26. Robert -Arthur:Menard Wow... I'm going to have to download this for future reference.

PS. is this person referring to UK law?

  27. I also wondered can you pick and choose what to be ''in'' on, and what to opt ''out'' of.

I have watched all videos posted fascinating. Makes sense.

I guess being a freeman is down to the individual and whether they feel they contribute with fines tax etc to the good of the people or the good of the ''states of Jersey company and how that company uses the money gained.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Everything in Robert's video is applicable to all countries in the Commonwealth.

There will be some variations on the odd issue but the fundamental principle is the same everywhere.

    ReplyDelete
  29. "I also wondered can you pick and choose what to be ''in'' on, and what to opt ''out'' of."

It is entireley up to the individual what he or she opts out of, it's as simple as that!

What is of the greatest importance is that you learn the rules properly and that you use the knowledge wisely to enrich your own life, and the lives of family, friends, and your fellow man.

If we are together, we are not apart :)

    ReplyDelete
  30. statutes/acts called enactments in jersey are all lawyer written, they are not real law, rather they are the laws of the states of jersey inc.

in all cases the deceptive words used are common to most countries
    even jersey

our glorious leaders (the law officers) have not the brains or wit to have come up with this system, they simply use what the bar association installed years ago

  31. 'SoJ not a company?

    look here

    cyril'

Cyril - look at the bottom of the page - Place of Incorporation - Information not found.

If you wish to subscribe to Manta, you will find that the States of Jersey is not a company - it has just been labelled under companies to fall in line with their description template and categorised as an executive office. Remember - Manta is a US Company and focused for providing info on US based businesses.

Find info on registered office/place of incorporation and then you can show proof. However, I wouldn't hold my breath.

By the way, I'm not the troll that you think I am - in fact I'm very much anti-establishment - it's just that I believe that your case is much stronger if you deal in facts.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I take your point anon

DnB also list SoJ as a company

you can get a free report
    on SoJ at graydon.co.uk

It's a bit dated but gives the general set up

why nothing more up to date? you might ask,
well 2 possible reasons I can think of

1)It's no longer a company (less than a snowballs chance in hell)

2)It's filing jurisdiction has been moved.some jurisdictions having a lot more secrecy than others, think of the new pacific finance sector

ah, but, silly me eh! the states would'nt want to keep these things secret, would they?

  37. So you don't agree with the concept of governments managing scarce resources (like the availability of parking) and keeping traffic moving, for the good of the public on the whole?

How do you propose that society manages itself without rules that can be enforced? What would happen if we had widespread civil disobedience? I don't fancy that.

    ReplyDelete
  38. I am not saying there should not be rules, but a ticket at 7.30pm on a Sunday night is just taking the piss!

    ReplyDelete
  39. hi anon,

I dont agree with the concept of governments managing scarce resources by breaking the law

    If politicians cant manage stuff
without breaking the law, they should'nt be doing that publicaly funded job

and maybe, just maybe, widespread civil disobedience would force public servants to work for the people and not corporations and their own self interests

  40. You cant just pick and choose which rules you like and which you'll break!

You either live within the system, work/campaign to change it, or disown it altogether and see where that takes you!

    I COULD if it worked!

"You cant just pick and choose which rules you like and which you'll break!"

OH YES I CAN and you must remember that all these statutes are unlawful, and designed simply to extort money from us and control us, I like being the one who has the capacity to choose.

If you prefer to be a slave to the government, be my guest, I choose to be free!

  44. "That's fine until someone decides to break into your place and steal all your stuff, and then pulls your trick and gets away with it! What then?"

hi anon, I think you're confusing real law (the law of the land) with enactments (statutes)

look up the definition of crime in a law dictionary - clue, corpus delicti

assults, theft, fraud etc are real crimes, no amount of notices will get you off of these and rightly so (knowing the 'right' people in jersey might though eh mr. Lundy)

if equality before and under the law is paramount and mandatory which it is as we are all born equal, then how can anyone make 'laws' that are binding on you or me?
