Dita Paverniece Death - The Excuses Begin"

Man charged over death crash

A 36-year-old man has been in court charged with death by dangerous driving after a crash which killed a 27-year-old earlier this year.

Niall Linden, from Midvale Road, St Helier, was driving his Lotus Elise when it crashed on St Clement's Coast Road in February.

A post mortem showed that 27-year-old passenger Dita Paverniece died from a severe head injury.

  1. About time too... Why has it taken 6 months to charge him? They probably thought everyone was going to forget about it but thanks to the real news being reported on the blogs maybe justice will be done !!

  4. We were told that it was an Irishman, and that it was suspected he was Dita's boss. There was indeed a good reason why his name couldn't be published, and that reason is still in place.

    If you knew that reason, you would fully understand matters.
