"Church Full For Requiem Mass For Polish Victims"

"Jersey Just Can't Help But Blow It's Own Sad Trumpet"
"I think it is terribly important that we see this as a treasure for Jersey???"

St Thomas's Church in Jersey was full to overflowing tonight (Thursday) for a Requiem Mass to pay tribute to the three children and three adults killed in Sunday's murders.

The church has room for a congregation of 1,600, but hundreds of mourners could not get in: instead they followed the service outside. All of the doors were left open so that they could hear the service.

The service, mainly in English and partly in Polish, was conducted by Monsignor Nicholas France, the Catholic Dean in Jersey and Father Stanislaw Adamiak, the Acting Chaplain to the Polish Catholic Mission in Jersey.

  1. Why oh why do people go scuttling off to the Catholic church for support who they condone sex with 12 year old children?

The Vatican's legal age of sex between male and female participants.

If they can't get their own morals in house sorted out, then what can they honestly do for you in your time of need?
