  1. This is important internationally because Jersey has signed onto these and other transparency agreements. The law offices have to help Jersey create an appearance of open legal records. The important cases involving Jersey covering up for paedophiles will still be unavailable to the public, and there is the twist. There is little reason to hide court records when the names and all identifying information of victims are already redacted. The article gives rise to suspicion there will now be more concealment of certain types of records, even if some less significant ones are being made more accessible to the public.

  2. Co-incidence don't you think that today of all days this article goes on the JEP? the day Lenny Harper is giving his evidence? all of a sudden things seem to move so fast, oh, I forgot 'but that's Jersey'.

Dita Paverniece, that has gone quiet........who was in the car with her the night she died, or is this so its hoped we will forget, well I won't!

  4. Ian, if you have it nailed but want to be beyond "pretty sure, could you at least disclose who you know it isn't"?

  5. I don't think this is entirely bad news. It ought to give citizen media a lot to get its teeth into - because all these previously unreported judgements should give them a detailed picture of what the assumptions are that the bailiffs and jurats are working from. If it doesn't help the abuse victims directly, it could still help indirectly by providing the evidence to knock down the corrupt edifice that the Jersey legal establishment currently is.

  6. hahaha, that answer could encompass everyone in the world apart from one asshole!

    Think about it?

Our inquiries are doing really well at the minute, we have the name of a Jersey Advocate who was on the scene shortly after the crash.

We have twice been told what the driver said at the scene. We know who the tow-truck operator was who zipped away with the evidence.

We have a name for the driver who we believe is the registered owner, and this only needs adhering to another name to put the final piece of the jigsaw in place....

  7. James, all unreported judgements are already available on-line, the problem was that they wanted your password for your computer to access them!!!
