"Biting Attack In Bar In Jersey"

Chunk of man’s lip bitten off in bar on Christmas Eve

A MAN bit a chunk out of another man’s lip after they bumped shoulders in the Live Lounge bar on Christmas Eve, an Assize jury heard yesterday.
Jack William Stirling’s attack left his 23-year-old victim having to spend the rest of Christmas Eve having his lip grafted back on.
Mr Stirling denies a charge of grave and criminal assault and claims he only bit his victim in self defence.

In another similar attack in Jersey, it was the victim who was also charged after the "Jersey Way" intervened! Any notion that the States of Jersey Judiciary would administer justice, flew out the window in the following case. Please click on the green link below for the full story.
