  2. I am sure - no, I know because I was there - that some months ago the Data Protection Officer stood in the Magistrates Court and gave evidence against Stuart Syvret for not registering/paying the fee required by politicians for DP purposes.

    Dressed all in black as if she were passing a death sentence this was made out to be the most grave of crimes! Now she is too damned scared to bring these 14 to account and wants another States Member to do the dirty work for her.

    As you so rightly say Ian, one law for one.......

  3. Allegations of police brutality in St Brelade last night... 15 year old girls being hit with batons and pepper sprayed into their faces !!

  4. OH!!! there's a surprise? Jersey's brave police!

    Let us hope, if true, those abused will be lodging formal complaints :) If you know them, tell them to contact me here on this blog....I will see what I can do, if anything.
