"Bursting Bubbles Of Government Deception - The Real Truth Of Maritime Law Explained"

"This Robert Menard Video Is A Must For Those Who Wish To Be Free of Government Tyranny"

"Below we have our U.K counterpart on the same issues, John Harris" http://www.tpuc.org/
John Harris gives us his perspective on what's going on. He describes how we are economic slaves to a debt dependant system, notably achieved through the deception of the birth certificate and the creation of a legal fiction known as your 'PERSON'. It is this PERSON that the government then wields it's control upon. Although John points out that this arrangement only works when we consent. Unfortunately inaction is taken as consent, hence we have unwittingly surrendered our inalienable rights through identifying with the PERSON. Remember you are a human being with god given rights, all you have to do is claim them. Also the difference between a policeman and a police officer is described. Filmed at the The British Constitution Group Lawful Rebellion Conference in Stoke-on-Trent on the 24th January 2009. Below is the link for another presentation by John Harris http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gAjssXbIGg0&feature=related

  1. hi Ian,
    rob menard inspired me to research and study 'law'in jersey,i really did'nt believe it at first but, it's true-statutes (enactments) only apply to persons and the word person is legally defined in INTERPRETATION (JERSEY)LAW 1954 as a body corporate

    legally speaking we are not persons/mr/mrs/miss/esq/voters/taxpayers/drivers/citizens/residents/occupiers/members of the public or any other legal fiction entity,

    we are men and women nothing more nothing less

    statutory 'law' is a revenue generating con,
    it is not the law of the land

    lawful=private=men&women=common law

    legal=public=corporations=commercial law

  6. but by then it might be all to late then you will say the wise did not choose so wisely ?

  7. Perhaps it may be that those who do nothing in Jersey, may one day stand and be counted. It is not for a select few to be burdened with everyone's misfortune, when people find it within themselves to muster some courage, then victory will come more swiftly.

    There are two kinds of people in this world, the sayers, and the doers.

  8. that may be but the sayers talk and the doers listen then nothing gets done ian do you not think its time to do more before its all far to late to do anything

  9. Yes, I do, what exactly did you have in mind Peter?

    A rally is out of the question as no one (other than the usual few) attends. Getting violent is out of the question as we would all be lashed in jail immediately, then all would be lost.

    I look forward to reading your solution....

    i agree, action is necessary, non compliance is my weapon of choice,it will land me in court again sooner or later

    p.s. I dont mean violating the law of the land,
    I will not with intent cause injury,harm or loss
    to other people nor will i commit fraud and such like

    yes the videos have some powerful information but, there's nothing like doing our own due diligence.

    non compliance is one of the most potent weapons of the people- ref india

    I believe if we can find out more about STATES OF JERSEY INC.
