"Drink Driver Gets A Jersey Paedophiles Sentence"

A 40-YEAR-OLD man who was convicted for the sixth time for drink-driving yesterday was jailed by the Magistrate’s Court for a year and banned from driving for a decade.
Joaquim Nuno, who has been in the Island for nine years, will also be deported back to his native Lisbon following his jail term.
His partner, who was sitting in the gallery, wept when she heard the sentence. Assistant Magistrate Bridget Shaw said that he had the ‘most appalling’ history of drink-driving and he had repeatedly ignored the orders of the court.

  1. Shame this ban is not effective in Lisbon when he is deported! Only valid in Jersey I believe....

  2. Ian.

A Paedophile probably wouldn't have got a sentence, he would have been more likely to have got a job for the States!

  3. I know this is a different topic but,

Trolls are nasty uncaring people, they have little remorse for their actions, there is a political troll in Jersey, and he targets the victims of child abuse and the Bloggers that question the government. He is actively protected by Jersey Data Protection and authorities at a high level.
Recently he overstepped the mark and made an abusive phone call to one of his victims, it was recorded, he was sent to court and fined, listen to the tape, google “my pet troll” its on you tube.

Come on people, we must pull together and overcome the oppression that is the Jersey establishment,
