"Another Suicide In Happy Jersey"

Rest In Peace pal

A man who is known to me has killed himself in Jersey.

The man 59, who I shall not name (as I am not aware that relatives have been informed) hired a nailgun and fired it into his skull, later dying of his injuries.

I will post this story at a later date as there are issues that need addressing, and while we are here, will ask why there appears to be NO reporting of this incident?

Another statistical cover up....

  1. Very sad. My mate killed himself last year.

  2. No, not a cover up.

Why report a man has killed himself without knowledge of who he was and knowledge about whether next of kin know.

The media get told these things and can only legally report it when all the facts are known.

It's called good journalism. Something you obviously have no clue about.

  3. A bit slow off the mark then, aren't they?

I found out everything there was to know within 36 hours, and I only knew him to say hello to, but that's not the point.

The point is that nothing ever gets reported that is even remotely going to tarnish wonderful Jersey's image. Our Jersey "discredited" media are a disgrace, and we are all aware of it.

I have a whole host of stories of police corruption, cover up and criminal behaviour from our judiciary, will they print those stories? The evidence is all there!

haha, NO, they won't, I even went up to five Oaks to see Harry McRandle with the evidence. After speaking to his bosses, he came back to me and said "sorry Ian but no go" but did apologise for letting me down!

  4. I know of another suicide in the past year where the verdict was recorded as "open" rather than suicide, because they couldn't be absolutely totally 100% sure despite it being plainly obvious!

Got to protect The State from any potential lawsuits about lack of care, you see!

  5. I think a lot of suicides in Jersey are caused by debt, and apparently there is a lot of it.

  6. I am this man's relative, and I don't take too kindly at using this delicate situation to fuel your personal gripe against "the system" in Jersey. He is not just a "statistic".........he was someone's son, brother and husband and life is more complicated than a political agenda!

  7. So you would have been at the funeral last Wednesday then, and must have seen me there....I knew Ronnie, and this is not political, it is a sad death.

  8. Furthermore, it is also a needless death, and one in which some friends are looking into very seriously!

  21. "I am his sister, and I don't know what your inference is to the paedofile sponsoring hacks is all about."

On this blog, and others run by friends of mine, we fight Jersey corruption and oppression. Something we believe your brother was subjected to before he made that fateful decission! And yes, his ex lives in Guernsey.

Some friends are working on your brothers case and want answers, the system, the repression, and we will get answers.

Stay tuned, and be at peace :)

  25. Ian, please enlighten me. I don't know what you are trying to say. This is still very raw and real to my family and it is not something to be trifled with. We are still grieving and find this very hard to deal with. So far, you have told me nothing! I am very interested in your previous comment........."Furthermore,it is a needless death, and one which friends are looking into very seriously". Can you please expand on this comment. I am currently in correspondence with the Viscounts Office on this same subject. Perhaps you would be so kind as to help me out, and wouldn't mind them contacting you direct?

  26. We do not deal with the Jersey Authorities as they are a pack of liars and cheats, you may ring me and identify yourself with a valid phone number that can be checked on, I am in the book.

  27. Were you at my brothers inquest held on Monday 19th Sept ?

    ReplyDelete
  28. I am sorry, no, I could not attend. A friend, Mike, rang me on Friday to see if I could make it, I have not had any work for months and had an important job to start Monday or I would have.

I am sure that Mike would have attended as he was really passionate about this case.

  29. Going back to your original comment Ian, Ronnies death never was reported by the media was it, even after the inquest!

  31. this beautiful island is not once it used to be, the social inflation is ridiculous which we have now come to realise to be a problem (maybe 10years too late) now our island is not filled with trusting members of society but rather the kind of people that kill our childrens oppertunities/jobs/our tax pay, everything has changed in such a substantial way that Jersey itself will be a haven (if not already) for unknown residents immigrating to destroy our system, I personally remember 20years ago and how proud I used to be to be a jersey citizen, however now I am ashamed at times to hear how depression and our own laws and neglects are affecting others and destroying our LOCAL citizens. what has happend here, why are we still poulating this island with all kinds of people, I am not against the ajority by saying all polish/portuguese are like the above, but I will say that as a youngster growing up my oppertunitys where limited so much, my lifestyle was imprissoned in some way that made myself feel almost alienated to my own Island, I cannoty stant to see these overpaid lazy men in suits sit back and rape our island and not to care, OUR PRIORITY SHOULD BE US LOCAL PEOPLE!!! step up and stand together so depression/rape/murder/theft is not a continuose lifestyle we must keep but rather friendliness/localisation/trust and everything Jersey once was before!! I am so sorry to hear about this loss, but can reflect in some ways the depression and anger I personally feel when i think about living in this island in the current state it is in!!!!!!

I am sure this gentleman was a lovely person, and am truely sorry for the familys loss, but please! lets end this! lets stand together as locals and make this STOP!
