Brian Napier Q.C's REPORT is finally released after a battle between Deputy Bob Hill (the good guy) & Jersey's Chief Minister (the not-so-good guy.
Mr Napier could not find any evidence of a conspiracy because.... someone in the States had doctored "The Terms of Reference" so there was NO EVIDENCE AVAILABLE of a conspiracy.
The Charge is here THE JERSEY WAY (radio interview) and is put forward by Deputy Bob Hill and Ex Chief Police Officer, Graham Power Q.P.M. Make your own minds up.

We also have some input from VOICE FOR CHILDREN (Graham Power briefing notes) and TONY THE PROFESSOR (to give this story some balance). And just where would we be without any comment from STUART SYVRET (Responses from Lenny Harper & Graham Power).
The truth is, that the crooks in power in Jersey, have cheated everyone they have encountered during this little journey. From the poor survivors at the outset, right the way through to Brian Napier Q.C at the conclusion.
Or is it the conclusion???
Ian.
ReplyDeleteThe interview has been published by TJW
This HAS to go to a FULL PUBLIC INQUIRY....
ReplyDeleteCan it really get any worse?? The mind boggles...
ReplyDeleteI believe in fairness it should be re-submitted at cost to the person who altered it. Why would anyone go about doing that.

ReplyDelete"Why would anyone go about doing that"
So Brian Napier would come to the conclusion that he has, namely, that there was no conspiracy!
''Why would anyone go about doing that''
ReplyDeleteHa ha walked right into that one didnt I
Doctoring the T.O.R, hahaha, we knew it would be something of this nature. A Government that doctors peoples trial tapes to keep them in jail for a crime they have not commited, would care not-a-jot about doctoring a short list of terms of reference....
ReplyDeleteIt is about high time now that those few decent deputies got together and launched a formal complaint about the doctoring of the Napier T.O.R.
And the complaint should go to England (justice secretary), as no one in the Jersey Establishment is capable of investigating anything without interfering with the evidence, or the outcome.
And indeed, Brian Napier Q.C should complain to the powers in England as he has been made a fool of, also.
Brazen Scum
It would not surprise me if the reason the majority states members stay silent is fear especially considering those secret police files.
ReplyDeleteSo it looks like it was the original section D from the Terms of Reference that was left out?
ReplyDelete(d) Review all information relating to the original suspension procedure,
including relevant sections of the published Affidavit from the
suspended Chief Officer of Police.
In todays JEP Jersey Evening Post on the front page By Diane Simon I am reading that Deputy Labey made the allegations last week when giving evidence in the Magistrate's Court....
ReplyDeleteI thought the allegations were made to the police ages ago. Would anyone have the date as the above could be misleading.
Dear Anon
ReplyDeleteI believe that Deputy Labey's allegations where first addressed to Graham Power some two years ago, give or take a month or so.
Oh dear this is pathetic Napier was withheld from a review of all the information in relation to the original suspension procedure.
ReplyDeleteAnd the media do not inform the public the public buy it and pay for it as well
Ha ha, yes indeed, that is why we are all blogging, so the real truth comes out, and not the half baked, twisted drivel from our "accredited Media".
ReplyDeletePeople who are not online, have no access to the facts. All they can rely on is the word of the Establishment via the JEP, BBC Jersey and Channel Online.
Voice For Children and Rico Sorda will be covering this sad issue (of investagative journalism in Jersey) later on today.
